Estimated Server Time . So in combination with both of my accounts on both servers I would say 8500 minutes. Around that time.

Languages I speak English is pretty much it, I mean ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch and je parle un peu de Français but very little of both so don't pull me up on that xD I mean I am learning a bit of German every so often because I think it's a great language but not enough to be helpful.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. NLR is the rule that forbids one from returning to the district in which their death happened for set time, as well as making them forget everything about their killer so that they are not permitted to revenge RDM and such. Scenario Uno - Mr Thief has chosen to raid Mr Gundealer, now Mr Thief has successfully raided Mr Gundealer and has killed him! Now naughty Mr Gundealer has decided that he does not what to lose his printers and therefore returns to his shop and kills Mr Thief! Scenario Dos - So here we have Mr Hitman and Miss Gangster. In this situation Mr Hitman has killed Miss Gangster because she had a hit on her. This made Miss Gangster rather angry as she lost some expensive guns! And so she decided to kill Mr Hitman without a valid reason in the not so distant future!

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. One of the lesser known rules that tends to be broken by accident. Where a person passes role playing information through an out of character method such as /ooc. Scenario Uno - Mr Drugdealer (ooc) : yeh m9s, mah dank kush as grown in it bruvs, cum buy it nah at deh fountain. Sick. Or a better way of looking at it Mr Mayor (ooc) : Help meh! I've bin kidnapped!

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I mean there is sooooo much to consider in this situation, first of all what are their jobs? If one is a cop and the other is a crim who is wanted then theirs no real evidence to show that it was RDM, I mean believe me, the amount of money I have lost from some crim RDMing me and then saying "Bububububut I was wanted Mr Admin! The bad police man was trying to kill me Mr Admin sir! Please Mr admin Im telling the tru...." Yeah shut up that's such bs xD That sort of crap ruins the community and I see it so damn often. Anyways yeah if it was a citizen that had just straight up shot the mayor then it's a clear warning, but with other jobs it's extremely difficult to warn anybody when there is no clear evidence so I'd let them off with a verbal warning and if it happened again then I'd warn them unless evidence said otherwise.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Right so clearly player y has broken NLR, there's no doubt about it, the scrub thought he could get away with ruining the fun for others by coming back. I'd give him a run down of NLR because clearly player y doesnt understand and depending on their behavior around the server I'd either warn them or verbally warn them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided As it's a lesser known rule I wouldn't warn him, I mean that wouldn't be fair. I understand that it is common courtesy to read a servers rules before you play it but very few do and therefore I'd give him a verbal and make sure he/she understood fully.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words). Right chaps, why should I be chosen? Because I'm the best fricking candidate around!!! (jk jk) No but seriously. I'm not at all new to staffing, I have staffed on 3 other servers and been as high as Community Manager (through promotion) I much prefer being a head mod because you get to teach the little newbies the dos and don'ts of being staff and you get to watch over them and omg it's sooooo cute! <3 *coughs* Anyways back on track, the deal is I have a lot of experience. (The last two by the way are when there was no staff on for half an hour and the server fell into chaos, then when an admin did get on he had like 50 f1s and a ton of people were hating on him) Anyway, so I feel like I can be there when others can't, I understand everyone has their lives and want to play other games so they can't be on all the time, and I tend to be on when others aren't. I won't play the innocent one, I mean I don't have any warns but I've had my fair share of slaps on the wrist, naughty me I know... But I do genuinely fully understand the rules, my slaps on the wrist have generally come from lack of evidence to prove my innocence, I want to repeat, generally, before someone goes "Weeeeeellll actually That Guy, you broke (insert broken rule here)!" I just feel like I can help out you know? Zarp is a very well established server and is absolutely brilliant, but it has it's chaotic moments when staff aren't available. When staff do get on or even when staff are on there are moments where there are overwhelming amounts of f1 reports and some people wait 30 minutes to get a response, again not the staffs fault at all, they either have life to deal with or if they're on the server they have a ton of other things to deal with. It gets really busy!

I said earlier that I stopped playing Zarp a while ago and that was for one reason only, the staff went to crap, I really am sorry but they were shocking, I mean the admin who I was in a sit with was having a fricking shoot out with his friend whilst he was in a sit with me, I mean what the actual hell? At the end he said "Oh uh sorry he's just my friend, so yep I'm going to warn you, cya" Then carried on killing his friend. Some of the old staff were ok I'm not saying they were all bad, but there were some that were just, ridiculous. But now! I hath returned and I really would like to stay, the staff is now immensely better, they are all very kind and are much more professional and don't just throw out warnings for no damn reason. Aaron is a prime example, he's a fricking legend. Honestly I personally feel like you should hire like 2 or 3 more mods and then promote 1 or 2 mods to admin like Aaron, he knows what he's doing and he does it well. (I'm sorry I'm not praising any other staff it's just I haven't really met any others, I love you all the same though! <3)

Thanks for the feedback guys truly! But as regards to my gametracker not existing. Trust me I am rather frustrated about that myself, I even tried installing the client to my computer (as suggested by Aaron) to try and get it working. Trust me guys I have played a lot of Zarp, as I said I played religiously until I couldn't bare some of the old staff. As Aaron said my warns prove that I did indeed play zarp a lot last year, I registered this forum account a year ago too in april or march. So yeah I see what you guys are saying, but I promise you Im not at all new to zarp I remember the days where people would fight to get miner and then started going afk and leaving an auto clicker on for hours on end just for rubies for the gems xD I know my lack of gametracker kinda ruins my chances, but as I said I promise you have played zarp a hell of a lot. I did apply for staff before, Walter White helped me for it, trouble is I was Community Manager on another server at the time so they wouldn't let me be mod, I mean i perfectly understand but I knew the server I was cm on was dying due to the lack of care and effort put into the server. My name is That Guy on steam. I know game tracker used to work because I did it for me old mod application like a year ago and I had the same steam name. When I first started playing Zarp my account name was XenonGamer, but I changed it after I started playing Zarp a bit more because I much preferred it and it was better than XenonGamer, but even so as I said when I applied the first time it worked properly and I applied under the name That Guy.

I never had high hopes for becoming staff on Zarp it was a long shot I guess, of course I wouldn't just go for it if i didn't genuinely wanted to do it and if i didn't think i could do it i wouldn't have tried either. Well where can one start. When i first joint Zarp Servers i didn't really have a clue what i was doing. ThatGuy taught me the ropes of DarkRp; he taught me the rules. the do's and the don'ts. He stayed with me throughout my learning experience and he even helped me start out by role playing with me! All i can say is that he clearly understands the rules, and he is a nice legitimate guy and i have never had an issue with him not being fair or just. And he will definitely exceed expectations of you all if he makes staff. I like to compare ThatGuy to AaronEhm my favorite mod; he is a really caring guy and deserves to be promoted ( thats a different topic) still ThatGuy would make a great mod, and i honestly believe he would be a very important asset to the team and should be highly considered to work both servers at any level

I know That Guy very well as a friend and I've shared many fun experiences with him on different games, but a lot on RP servers.

That Guy knows the rules incredibly well and is definitely more than capable of doing a good job at being a moderator, his application is also incredibly good.
