How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

First of all i will talk to the person who is being bullied and after hearing hes side of the storie i will then go speak to the bully after finding out both sides of the storie then depending on it, if it was intentional then i will go speak to the bully and ask hem to be carful to what he says and that he may get kicked after doing that again and if he keep doing that then it may lead to a ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.

Kick A Person from Channel : this feature allows you to kicks the Person from the channel example a guy playing music in one of CSGO rooms you ask hem to turn off cause player inside that room need calm if he dont want to then you can kick hem and tell hem to rejoin the room after he chill and stop the music.

Kick A Persont from Server :this feature allows you to kick the Person from server example a guy who is being defiant I would kick hem and tell them to rejoin only wheen hes calm / chill .

Edit Channel :this feature allows you to change password of the channel and name also allows you to change icon in case neded example a guy owns a gang and need to change the name and password i will just do it for hem.

Move The Player :this feature allows you to move the person / player from room to other room example a guy keep playing music in wrong room i will just move hem to Music Room or Karaoki Room .

Ban A Person from Server :this feature allows you to ban player from server for couple houres / days / weeks or maybe perma reasons might be needed for a ban like a guy dont follow Team Speak rules requirements .

Spacer : if a staf member need to report other staf member secretly or you want to talk to some one without being abused by others you just move your self and the other person.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
why should i be chosen cause i am all ways active on teamspeak and i am all ways trying to help peaple more and more , some times wheen i find some one bulling or abusing music in wrong Room cant do any thing also i am Moderator on SSRP i am perty sure i am not 100% trusted but i am trying to gain trust while i am playing got to take some time .
