What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player, gives information that wouldnt be obtainable any other way to a dead player. An example of ghosting is this:
The runners are playing on the family guy map and are up to the four doors, there is only one player left alive on the runners but several dead, one of the dead people say to the runner, "Its left then right!" That would be a clear example of ghosting and would be punishable with a warn/verbal.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: If there was ever a player being racist/harassing/disrespecting to another player, I would first start off by giving them a verbal warning such as: "Hey, dude, please try not to be so disrespectful in chat! if you keep it up im going to warn you." If the player doesnt care and continues to harass people, I would give him a warn. If the situation got worse and I had no other options, I would kick him and contact an admin+ o give him a temporary ban.

Why I should be chosen: I believe I should be chosen for a number of reasons, the first being my experience. I am currently staff on 2 other zarp servers, SSRP and Minecraft. I believe this shows that I know how to use and handle the powers I am given, and am very trustworthy. I am getting quite active on deathrun as it was always a little hobby I used to have other than ssrp. I am a very calm and mature person, and I love to have a bit of a joke around with my friends. But if someone starts to break some rules thats when I put my foot down. I have no bias in me at all, and I will dish out the same punishment for everyone, for example, if my friend opened the iron door on the family guy map, I would slay him and warn him just like everyone else. I have a flawless punishment record on deathrun too, which I believe shows that I am quite fit for the job. And my final reason is I feel the staff team can only benefit from me because of my experience with other servers. Thank you for reading my application!
