What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting can be when someone is spectating the player playing Death, and for example telling the team-mates which door/platforms that he picked, so they can pass with ease. Same with all the other traps, but where he is.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would first give the player a verbal warning, so that he (hopefully) stops doing whatever he is doing. He if still continues though, i'd give him a warning through the chat, and if he breaks another rule, i'd eventually kick him and thereafter comes a ban.

Why I should be chosen: I think I should be chosen, since I can be on the server for atleast 3 hours a day for the upcoming month, and I can easily get 6 hours in two weeks.
I think that I could be a positive "spirit" to the players on the server because I think that I can be quite funny at times.
But when needed, I would step up and be the bigger person, so I would also be able to deal with rule breakers when no admin is on at the time, without just getting rejected by the player. I myself have not gotten a warning/kick or ban, so that is something.
