Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I feel like over the few weeks of my moderator status that I have come across some situations where, althoug I can help a person, can not do it to the best of my abilities. An example of this is someone disrespecting, this may take some time with my limited commands as a moderator but if I was an administrator It would be very easy. I am very grateful for the moderator rank, although I feel admin would help me help others to the absolute best of my abilities. I have also learnt so much from being a moderator, my place in the server, and how to generlly deal with things on mc! So those were the reasons why my time as mod would contribute to admin.

You catch a player using an exploit. How would you go about the situation and handle it?
I would first calmly inform that player that what they are doing is an exploit and it can be severely punishable, I would do this through pm so the server wouldnt get concerned, after my first verbal, if I caught them doing it again I would kick them, telling them when they return that if they do it again, then they will be banned. If they continued to do the exploit, I would ban them, most likely for around a week because of the previous warnings.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Although I dont envounter people breaking the rules on zarp mc (thankfully) There was once a user on the server saying some rude slurs that would be offensive to most people, I warned him to stop but he kept going, so I gave him a mute, I was getting messages from so people that he wasnt stopping so I kicked him, it was quite stessful but I feel I learnt some more about how to handle rulebreakers.

Why should you be promoted?
I feel like I deserve to be promoted for a few reasons, the first being that I am a trustworthy, responsible person, I am staff on ssrp which I believe shows that im dedicated and can be held worthy of the powers admin brings. I feel like im a friendly guy and dont get mad if people are disrespecting me, I can have a little bit of a joke but if someome is breaking rules then I can put my foot down and tell them to stop. I have been moderator for more or less two weeks, and I have learned a lot. Admin would help me with my ability to help others so much, as if necessary I have access to the ban command. I am not biased in the slitest, even if im playing with friends, if someone breaks a rule they will be punished fairly and the same as everyone else. And my final reason is I feel like I would only better the staff team if I was chosen. I am very dedicated and if im given the admin rank I will continue to do my best and not slack, thats a promise.
