A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would have told the player to make a report on the forums and kindly ask him to message me when he posts the report so i can look at it and take proper action against the player who broke the rules.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
First i would give the player a verbal warning, if he continues to spam i would mute him for 5-10 minutes and if he continues to spam after the mute i would temporary ban the player.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
First i would tell him to stop harassing other players and if he continues to harass and disrespect i would mute the player, and if he still continues to disrespect and harass others even after the mute i would temporary ban the player.

Why should you be chosen?
I am active on the Minecraft server and would love to help out the community even tho you don't see me on the factions server it is because i usually play on skyblock. The server is not as popular yet so we don't really see a lot of rulebreakers as of now but i do believe that when the server gets more players we will need moderators.
