How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?:
Firstly, i would take the victim out into a spacer, to ask them exactly what happened, and why the guy who is bullying maybe doing it. After getting his side of the story, i would move the accused player in, and ask him for his side of the events. I would next express to them that this sort of behavior isn't needed within out servers, and let the accused player know that bullying is against the Terms of use within this teamspeak. I would tell them both that if they don't like each other, they can simply sit in separate rooms. I would then tell the accused player that he will face punishment if i get another report about him bullying a player, and let the victim know that he can come to me anytime if he needs help within the teamspeak.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately:
There are many different Administrative features contained within team speak servers, and i will list some of them below, and what they are used for.

Kick Client from server.
This command will remove the selected client from the teamspeak server, but, they will be able to join straight back after being kicked.

Kick Client from channel
This command will remove the selected client from the channel that they are in, and transport them to the AFK room instead, by default. The client will still be able to join the room back they were kicked from (as long as its public), and will not be removed from the server.

Ban Client from server
This command will remove the selected client from the server for a certain specified time, and for a specified reason. The client will not be able to join back the server until the allocated time of their ban is over, although they may appeal their ban within the appeals section at zarpgaming.com.

Move client to own channel
This will move the selected client to the channel that you are currently in. This can also be done by simply clicking and holding on the users name, and dragging them to where they need to go.

Delete users avatar
This command will delete the selected users avatar, but they will be able to replace it with another one straight away.

Set server group
This will set the selected users group to a certain group that they need to be in. E.g a Giving player x the TTT staff badge, as they just got accepted as moderator. This command will set the user with the privileges/badge globally, rather than just in one specific channel.

Set channel group
This will set the users channel group for that specific channel until otherwise. They will only have this rank in that channel, and will not have it globally.

Complaints list
Users may make complaints about other users, and you may view this complaints and handle them accordingly. You can access this list via Tools > Complaints list, or just by simply pressing Ctrl+Shift+C (Default bind).

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I think there are many reasons why i should be chosen, and i will list them below;

Activity.
I am extremely active within the teamspeak, although i am usually on at awkward times during the night, so i don't usually see many people online when i am. I am on every day, and i try to help people who are new or experienced within the server, whenever possible.

Experience
I am very experienced with staffing across the Zarp servers, and this is because i have been staff for a long time on many Zarp servers, this includes, Minigames, TTT, SSRP and Deathrun. I have been very active on teamspeak across my time on these servers, although i have felt i have not had the chance up until this point.

Finalization
I know that i have made a ton of mistakes over time, and lots of these might be reasonably recent. But i think that i have learnt a lot from these, and i have taken the time to attempt to become better from these mistakes. I am also sure that i am not in the best spot within the community for trust right now, but if the staff of teamspeak are willing to give me the chance, you will not be disappointed.
