Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator has really helped me to get to know the staff members better and I have learned most of the scenarios that have to be dealt with within BHOP. I feel I am ready for the Admin Rank and that my time has moderator will really benefit me as an admin because I have gotten alot of experience from it.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was once a player that was highly disrespectful and he was making death threats and being extremely racist. I had to mute him but everytime he kept rejoining and the map changed so it had no affect and I had to keep re-muting him, it was early morning and no admins were online to help me at this time. If I was an admin this could have been easily dealt with via a ban.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello , and congratulations on your promotion to Moderator! Welcome to the Staff Team! You now have access to alot of command's and the menu! I have lay'ed out the commands , and how to use them , below which will help you understand them!

You can open the command menu by typing !menu in chat. You can also bind this to a key by using , bind "k" "ulx menu" , in the console. K being an example you can bind it to any key!

When you have opened the menu you will see a handful a tab's and commands , Chat , Menu's , Teleport , Utility & Voting.

This contains only one command which opens up the MOTD.

The Utility Menu :
This has 4 commands , rarely used , but they are self explanatory.

Voting:
This has one command , which is votemap.
This is used to change a map to a certain map but because there is RTV this command is not used.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

As it is his first ban , I would get his ban shortened to 2 weeks because he put a lot of effort into his appeal and really regret's doing it. I would contact the admin who is handling the appeal and tell them my side of the story and try to get their ban shortened. In the end it is the admin's decision who is handling the appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I feel I should be promoted to admin because I have gained alot of experience from my time as BHOP moderator and I feel I am ready for the admin postion. I am very active on BHOP and am a friendly and mature guy! I get on well with everyone and the staff team and I can be very helpful. As an admin I will be able to handle situations with more control and punish those who warrant more than just a chat mute/kick. I will also be able to deal with hackers.
