CSGO 1v1 Details

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
Firstly if the player were to be disrespectful i would first of all: Tell him not to do it again or i will have to mute him as Zarp is a friendly community and we wish that everyone is included and nobody feels out numbered. If Continues to disrespect players in the server i will then mute him, if he uses text chat i will then gag him.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
I would firstly mute the player and then tell them: 'If you wish to use your microphone please use it with respect and please do not spam' i would then unmute the player giving them a second chance. I f they continue to mic spam i will then proceed to kicking them form the server and if they join back and break more rules i would then temporarily ban the player.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
Firstly i would speak with them and make sure that they are using hacks and then i would proceed to ask them as to why they are hacking on the server and give them one last warning if they dont turn them off they will be banned from the server due to breaking the servers rules and ruining the servers fun!

I feel i should be chosen as staff as i feel i am the only active member form the Zarp Community that is active (asides from Want my csgo buddy) when we go on the server there always seems to trouble with disrespectful players in which 'Want' has to deal with by him self and i feel that i could help him with these rule breakers. I feel that in my past of being a staff member on a old Zarp SSRP server has given me experience in the staff position and i feel it will carry over alot of responsibilities. I feel i could bring in more players from other servers i have played on when the server has been down.
