A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
First i will tell him to go to ZARP's Fourms and make a ban request Link and then if he wants the guy warned Msgs me the proof/evidence and handle it.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I will tell him to stop or Give him a 5 Minute Mute and if the spam continues and doesn't comply i will give him a warning for Chat spam.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I will tell him to stop harassing or he will receive a Chat mute for 20 minutes if he doesn't comply i will have to chat mute and contact a MC admin to ban him for 2 days for harassing and disrespecting other players.

Why should you be chosen?
Because i play minecraft all the time i don't play SSRP that much and i really loved the faction experience and loved the factions and players and i helped alot of people with money and items and loved how the factions work and skyblock and the community it self the system and commands and helping other players, and i would love to become a staff OF mc Servers and meet the staff team and help them out more and i took a 2 week break and i logged on the fourms and i saw a minecraft server launch and i got excited and i would really love to become a STAFF member and help out other Players and im active in the morning my time is GMT so it's morning time in BST time.
