How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?
If a user was being bullied, harassed or any sort of way to upset or annoy someone else, I would take the users who were involved of the situation to a spacer and get some information on what is going. Then after hearing their sides of the story of what has been going on, I will ask for evidence of the situation if any sides of the story are different. If the evidence was valid, I would speak to the bully and ask him/her to not do it again. If the behaviour continues then I will punish the bully.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used
appropriately.
TeamSpeak 3 has a lot of administrative tools you can use and I will be explaining how they should be used appropriately. There are:

Ban: The ban power gives you the ability to disallow a user to join the TeamSpeak 3 server for the amount of time you have decided, following with the reason. For example: If someone was being racist and continously causing disruption to others in the server, I would ban the user for the appropiate amount of time following with the reason "Racism".

Kick: There are two type of kicks on TeamSpeak 3, these are; Kick Client from Channel & Kick Client from Server. You should kick a user if they're micspamming, poke spamming etc etc.

Mute: The mute power allows you to mute the users microphone, an example of this if they were to spam their microphone.

Move: You can drag a user into a channel or spacer by holding their name using left click and letting go into the channel you wish to move them to. An example of this could be used if you needed to speak to someone in a spacer about a situation that has gone on.

Edit Channel / Create Channel: You can edit a channel by right clicking on it and then click Edit Channel, a new window will then pop up giving you the option to change the channel password (To avoid disruption and random users joining), edit the description of the channel and so on. You can also create a new channel by clicking on a channel and you will have the ability to click Create Channel, however this shouldn't be used since it is running under the following rule:

7 - (INCLUDING ADMINS) Do not create private rooms. We don't have this facility at this time.

unless permission given to do so.

Delete User Avatar: You will have the power to delete someones avatar which could be offensive, inappropriate and so on.

Set Server Group: You can set a users server group by right clicking on their name and click on Set Server Group. A list of ranks would pop up and you can add or remove a rank to the user. This should only be used if someone got a new rank on a server or no longer has a rank on a server.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I think that I should be chosen as I am on ZARP's TeamSpeak 3 server a lot and I currently hold the administrator rank on SSRP. I also wish to increase the diversity of my ability to different servers to help anyone out at the best of my ability as always! I have fallen into many rulebreakers and have to call a TS staff member a lot to get online into the channel where the rules are being broken, I also always gather my proof to provide if rules are being broken and need to proven.

I feel that I am a dedicated member of the Community as I am a SSRP administrator and I always like to help every user out with the problems and questions they have, those would be including all servers and also by messaging me on Steam!

As SSRP administrator and a former TTT moderator, I think that I am trusted with the powers I have obtained by showing the help and support I put into this Community and the users. If any problems goes on, I can always be one of the guys to talk to and try my best to help out in any type of situations.
