How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3?

If I was in a channel and someone was being bullied I would check for banter, if I could sense it isnt banter and it is infact a more serious issue I would tell the bully to stop immediately or he will be kicked from the channel (I dont realisticaly believ that moving the bully and the victim out to a spacer will help the situation at all considering the bully moments ago was so vivid with hate towards the victim) If the user joins back and continues the harrasment I would ban (the ban will depend on the severity of the bullying ... e.g Personal appearance - High concern | Skill in-game - lower concern).

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately.

Kick: This can be used in two ways: being kicked from a channel, or being kicked from a server this can be utilized to stop mic-spammers and bullies across all ZARP TS channels.

Ban: This can be used to restrict a user from re-joining the teamspeak for a period of time, this command is often used to give users a cool down and time to reflect on what they have done. There are a number of reasons why people can be banned an example of this would be DDOS threats.

Mute: This can be used to limit a users microphone if they are mic spamming.

Move: This can be used to change the channel of a user without them having to do it themselves, this can be used when moving users to prohibited areas of the teamspeak such as spacers.

Delete User Avatar: This can be used to get rid of a users avatar if you feel it is offensive and dosent follow ZARP policy, an example of this would be a racist picture or a pornographic image which would be deemed inappropriate for some younger users.

Create New Channel/Edit Channel: This can be used to create a new channel, in this newly created channel you can change channel permissions and channel appearance. This is commonly used to restrict randoms from joining the channel.

Set Server Group: This is where you can add or subtract badges from users in the teamspeak server depending on weather they where promoted or demoted from the servers they had the ranks on.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words).
I believe that I should be chosen because I am on good terms with the community. I also am very active on the zarp teamspeak server and come on almost every day for 1 hour plus in most cases. Me being staff on TS would only increase the link I have with the community.
