Steam Name: Alex_AGD
Link to Steam Profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198107362664/ SteamID: STEAM_0:0:73548468 Age: 18 Languages I speak: English TS3 Related How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3? I would take them to a separate chat and ask what is wrong and ask who is committing this offence I would then bring the person bullying to the chat and ask him to refrain from being this way as it is not tolerated what so ever on the server and return them, if there was another complaint for it I would either take this further and maybe give a short ban or mute them. Explain some of the administrative features of TS3 and when they're used appropriately. Okay so one is ban this means you cannot access the ts3 server but this is used for a last cause you wouldn't ban for silly reasons, you can move people to other chats if needed or asked too for a chat about something concerning them, you can put people in other chat rooms if they're being a nuisance too, such as mic spamming but if this carry's on after telling them a number of times I could put a short ban in place, you can also kick the client from the server this is just a brief warning not as big as a ban but can be used for mic spamming or being offensive. You can also look at complaint lists now this is pretty much like an f1 on ssrp and having experience on ssrp has made this situation a lot easier to handle. Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words). I feel as if I should be chosen as I have been in the zarp community for a while (around 3-4 years) and I get on well with people I have a good sense of humour but know when enough is enough I am also the kind of person who will not tolerate bullying of any sort. I welcome others too so if anyone wants to talk I up for it I feel as if I get on well with people on this server weather there strangers or staff I feel as if I get on with some of the lead team well, I am a trust worthy person too I know when enough is enough and feel as if I am level headed and patient. As I know the rules I would make sure to put them in place and make sure that the environment on teams speak is a friendly one, I wouldn't be the harsh person if its the persons first time on ts or lets say they don't know whats acceptable, I would always take the time to explain the do's and don'ts and I feel that being staff on ssrp has really made my patients better as to be honest there are times on there where you want to just turn off the pc. I would like to think I'm an out going guy who anyone can talk too I don't care who you are if you want a laugh or need to know something regarding the server ill do my best to try and help you out. Thank you for taking he time to read this application and I wish other applicants the best of luck! -Alex |
