Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match often called “RDM” is a common term used when player Bob kills player Ron for a non rp reason Scenario: Player Bob doesn’t like Player Ron for a argument they had in OCC so Player Bob kills Player Ron which is called RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

New Life Rule which is called NLR means that after a players death he needs to forget his past life and not go back, unless you got raided then you need to wait out until the raiders are finished and you can if chosen go back and rebuild. This rule is often broken when a player is getting raided and fairs loosing his printers
Scenario: Player Bob has bought a nuclear printer and 3x boosted it. 10 Mins later player Ron comes around and successfully raids player Bob. Player Bob is worried and rushes back to his base and kills Player Ron

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is called when a player communicates with another player in a way which is not possible if it where real life, the term meaning it is outside the game (outusde the RP) often scenarios of it happening is trought OOC (out of character) chat which is visible by all players on the server
Scenario: Player Bob is getting raided again by Player Ron. Bob types to his friend Player Todd
Player Bob (OOC) Yo Todd, Its ron again he is raiding us.
Player Todd (OOC) oh man not again


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
What i would do is first to tp to Player X to see if he is available (non rp situation) Then i would tp him to the roof and listen to what the situation is. I would check the logs to the Player Y killing Player X. i would check that Player Y is available and not busy with a rp situation and tp him to me and i would ask him why he killed Player X and listen to his side of the story. If he does not give me a solid rp reason to why he killed Player X, i would check recent warning and if none shown i would simply warn verbal depending on the situation if its a first time and if not i will warn him for rdm and ask him not to do it again

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First i would handle it the same way as a rdm case (check if player available, tp both and listen to the situation from both perspectives) The logs to show that the kills are pretty close to each other but does not show location/district. I would ask some proof from Player X if he has taken any screenshots or video showing him killing Player Y and Player Y comes back to revenge RDM, maybe even screenshots. If not shown proof the logs still show the kills within 3min breaking NLR but not where it happened or what the sitiation was. I would tell him that in the future it would be best to show proof and just let them off with a verbal warning about staying away from each other to from furder conflicts

Explain how you would handle the following situation:.
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would let Player X know that he is Metagaming since the possiblity of him being a new player is High, If the rules if broken again i would TP him to me (first tp to him seeing if he is available) explain what he did wrong and Then i would warn him for metagamming

Why i should be chosen
I have never been a mod/admin on a gmod server before or ever made an app to be one. Why is because I’ve never loved a server like i love zarp. I have jumped from server to server and this one has caught my eye, I’ve meet many good people, specially the lads at L 4 G Y. I would love to give something back to the community and i think id mostly be mod on duty on server 2, since I’ve noticed most of the staff is active on server 1, because of more rule breakers which makes sense in a way, But there are also rule breakers on server 2 that needs punishment. I can’t promise il be the best mod but i will try to do my best and hopefully get the position.

U can go back if ur base is getting raided after ur 3m timer, you dont have to wait till they are done.

Lets take a look at how you would handle someone that is reported for rdm.
If he has no recent warns you will just give him one? What if he really wants to apply for the mod rank,you will destroy it for a mistake? And what if he has recent warns about rdming? You will ban him? With no proof as well just because he is not answering or because you think that what he said is not valid?


Now smth that i saw and really annoyed me.
How would you handle the following situation
A f1 about nlr. You say that logs show kills but not location but then u say you would warn him for nlr and revenge rdm just because he killed him? Here is an examble of what might have happend. Player X kills player Y at double doors , then right after he goes at spawn and tries to kill Player Y but fails and gets killed by Player Y.You would falsely warn player Y for 2 reasons that might have not even happend with no peoof given.


I dont get why you would tp someone to explain a rule such as metagaming and right after warn him when u can easily avoid it and just explain it.


I dont like the way you will handle situations like that just because you want to warn people when u can explain them the rule they broke and give him a chance rather than warn him.
Staff members are supposed to help users and not just punish them and not explain to them. Alot of false warns will come out of you and will get you demoted. You clearly dont know how to handle a f1 and you dont have a full knowledge of the basic rules such as rdm and nlr.Imagine finding yourself in a complex situation which might be tricky.You would probably falsely warn both of them or smth.
