A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.Well I would inform him to take it to the forums. I'd make sure he uses the correct template to report the player. Also I would request to see the evidence myself to tell him whether it would most likely be accepted or not.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I would warn them once by telling them to stop. If it continues I would mute them for at least 10 minutes . If he continues still it would be a kick. If he still continues these actions then I would temp ban him for the day.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I'd start by warning them and telling them to stop because disrespecting another player is breaking the rules. If they were to continue even with the warning in place I would then kick then with the message "Do not disrespect." If they rejoined and still continued even with the warning and the kick in place I would get them temp banned for at least a week.

Why should you be chosen? I believe I should be chosen as I am a major Minecraft player. I know the rules of the Zarp Minecraft server. I have received no bans kicks or warnings still. I am very friendly and known by some as I use to mainly just play on the Garrys mod server. And have played for more then a year, making me apart of the Zarp community for over an entire year. I also want to be chosen as I would like to help the Minecraft server be free of all rule breakers and improve overall.
