A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.

"Hello (user) if you want to report a person correctly, copy the following link :http://www.zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/report-abuse/33491-ban-request-template, In order to report him/her correctly you need to create an account on the forums and fill in the neccesery information' Or: "Hello user, if you want to report someone, just add me on steam and i'll search thru it if you have the sufficient evidence!"

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
(Does it once) Hey, (user) Stop chat spamming!
(Ignores warnings) Stop it, last chance!
(Ignores again) Muted for 5-10 minutes.
If the situation is really bad I would mute him instantly EG: if he is spamming with swearings or spamming racist stuff.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
First of all I would encounter the user by saying "Hey dude, in my pov you seem to harass (the victim) I would like you to stop that."
(Does it again): "I've warned you dude, I'm giving you 1 warning for Harassment/disrespect and mute you"


Why should you be chosen?

I should be chosen since I have experience with staffing and have been staff on zarp's servers for quite a while
On zarp ssrp ive been admin for over 4-5 months and on deathrun almost the same. I've encountered numerous situations when a user is disrespecting another user for a specific reason and I exactly know how to handle those situations ingame. I also enjoy the gamemode and I love to help new players out. I can also be a great addition to the server by helping with plugins and create custom plugins since I've HAD a minecraft community for a while. The motivation of applying is that most of my friends are applying aswell and i'd like to be staff with them. I highly enjoy the minecraft server and will keep it that way for a long time I hope!
