Estimated Server Time: My technical number with both servers combined is 12,413 minutes, but unfortunately I've changed my user name a lot, so I'm not sure that it's only 12,413 minutes but we will go for that due to a lack of better estimate

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match is when you are killed or kill someone for no reason. It is against the rules and results in consequences when broken. An example is if I am walking down the street as a citizen and a gun dealer comes up and kills me when I caused no harm or problem to them.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule is a rule used in Dark RP to keep from revenge. Basically what it means is that for a certain amount of time (varying from which server you play on) you can't go back to where you died and must forget everything that happened in the past. This keeps people from killing their killers or raiders as revenge.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when you use outside information to your advantage, for example if I typed in OOC on zarp to ask where my friends are located in the map, that would be considered metagaming because I'm using out of character chat to talk about things that are happening in game.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring player y to the sit and ask them why they killed player x, meanwhile ask player x if they have any picture/video proof of the RDM. If player x has proof but player y denies it, warn player y. If player y admits to RDM, also warn them. If player x has no proof and player y denies the kill as an RDM, I would give player y a verbal warning to assure that in the future they don't RDM even if it wasn't proven an RDM and apologize to player x for not being able to warn them and to assure that they get proof next time so that something for sure can be done.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would bring both to a sit and ask player y if they broke NLR just to see their response and reasoning, and warn them for breaking NLR since it is obvious that it happened based off the logs but proof would really seal the deal.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Let player x know in chat that they are metagaming and to use /pm instead. If it happens again warn them for continuing metagaming.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I think I should be chosen as staff because I have had six PLUS months of staff experience from a different community and am experienced with the professional stand point on being a staff member. When I am a staff member I maintain respect and maturity along with strictness and seriousness. Communities are serious and important to me and I hate seeing them be ruined by rule breakers. Dark RP is one of the biggest game modes for rule breakers and I would love to help insure that the server I love being on is protected from trollers, RDM'ers , and overall any rule breakers. I am on the server a lot and am constantly dealing with rule breakers and witnessing first hand the rules being broken ALL THE TIME. I would spend most of my time taking care of staff duties while on Zarp unless I am on with a group of friends to RP (which is rare) and that is not an exaggeration I love taking care of reports, well at least on the other community I was staff for, and I would spend a lot of time helping others. I'm not afraid to swear on that. If you have seen me on the server you know that I am silly and joke around a lot and like to have fun, but I am VERY serious when it comes to being staff, sometimes I take it too seriously. Being staff is a passion and I know it may sound silly or crazy but I really love being a part of something and doing my part to help, especially in a community I care about. That being said, I know when to have fun and when to be serious. You can't always be too silly but you can't always be a stick in the mud. I will do my best to assure that the rules are being met from the players and that my job is taken care of and fulfilled to my best abilities while everyone is still able to have fun and enjoy their stay on the server. Another plus is that I do play at hours when not many other staff is on because I am American and a lot of times when I'm on it's weird hours in Europe, and no one is on to take care of the problems. Accepting me could guarantee that there would be staff on, even in the weird hours of the night for Europe. I know most reoccurring players on the server and for the most part get along with everyone. I think I would really be a great addition to the staff for my maturity reasons, my flexibility of play time, my hours, my dedication and loyalty, and also my welcoming and helpful personality to any newcomers to the server.
