A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would start by telling the player to post a report request on the forums. I would then provide the following links to the forums shown below.

I would then instruct the player to use the template that I have provided, then to give adequate information in the relevant sections shown on the template. After the player had completed the application I would then ask the player to wait patiently for a response to his application by a senior member of staff

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I would instruct the player to stop, if the player then does not stop and continues to chat spam I would the mute the player for a total of 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes is up and the player is still persistent on chat spamming I would the mute him for an hour. If any further chat spam carry’s on after the hour is up and I am provided solid proof I would ban the player.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I would start by giving the player a written/verbal warning dependant on if they are in the TeamSpeak or not, if he continues to harass/disrespect another player I would temp ban the player for two hours. Even after their ban is up and they continue I would ban the player for three days.

I also want to make the Minecraft server a fun and enjoyable experience for all players
