Server 2 - Don't really play it

Estimated Server Time: Around 108 days. Been in the community for around 5 years.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match aka RDM is when for example player A is running down the road and player B comes from nowhere and kills player A with no valid reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule aka NLR is when player A is raided / killed by player B. Then player A runs back to where he was killed before the 3 minutes is up.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when people are using a 3rd party software to communicate while playing the server. An example of this is player A & B are basing together but player B isn't in the base. While he's not in the base they get raided leaving player A to defend on his own. Because of this player A panics and tells player B (using the 3rd party software) to come behind them and kill them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would teleport both player X and player Y to a roof or just to the same location. I would ask player Y why they killed player X. If he claims that he killed him for a valid reason I would ask player X for his side of the story. If both stories are different I would ask for evidence and carry on from there. Either punishing player Y or dropping the F1.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would check the logs and if the kills where within 3 minutes of each other I would teleport them to the same location and ask player X where he got killed and for what reason and if it was in relatively close to player Y's death position I would proceed by warning player Y if not I would ask player Y why he killed him. If it was without valid reason then I would punish him for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would teleport to him and tell him that he is metagaming and if he had done it before then I would warn him but if he had done it for the first time and didn't really understand what he'd done wrong I would let him off with a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

I think I should be chosen as I have been in this community for around 5 years. Although I've been banned for quite a long time I still have great knowledge of the rules. Throughout my ban I was checking the forums every day for any new changes made to the community so if I was ever unbanned (which I finally am) I would know what the changes are and know the rules if they were changed. I also think I should be chosen as I have alot of game time on ZARP and it is by far my favourite community and this time I don't plan on being banned. I have learnt my lesson and wont do anything wrong again. I am a good member of ZARP and I believe I have what it takes to become a moderator. I have previously been an administrator for ZARP DarkRP so I do know the difference between right and wrong and would like to enforce the rules by becoming a staff member once again. I have also had experience during my ban being a Senior administrator on a different DarkRP server so I am definitely used to enforcing the rules.

I know what some of you are thinking I've only been back in the community for a short while and if I get denied due to that I will understand but I just think I deserve another opportunity as staff on DarkRP once again.

Don't bother putting inactivity replies as I haven't been that active over the past few days because someone I knew from school died then followed 2 days later with the death of my head teacher. But I will be active all of this week and after.

Heh. Last time I seeen you you weren't very respectful. About two and a half years ago when you were admin. I don't know you now but all I can do is judge off the past and If that is the case then I wont be supporting you...if I see a difference in you when I see you in game I'll go for it.
