A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I'd ask him to show me the evidence and I'd give him the link to the report abuse section on the forums.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I would give him a verbal warning by saying that he should stop mic spamming. If he goes on after that I would try to mute/gag him, and if that isn't one of my mod powers I would tell the story to an admin that is online atm/ get an admin from the ts server and get the spammer his punishment.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I would first look over the situation and how bad the harrasment and disrespect is before judging. If I don't think its that bad I would just talk to the harraser and tell him that the player doesn't like it and that he needs to stop. If its bad I'd also tell him to stop and that the player doesn't like it, and I would mute him for 10 minutes if that was his first verbal warning.

Because I"m an experienced minecraft player and well known in the community. I also have a lot of experience with the faction plugin and I could easily help players to get started on the factions server. I'm also a big fan of the upcoming Prison and skyblock servers.
