A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would first link him to the forums and tell him to sign up if he haven't done that already then I would link him to the correct section for the report with the correct layout format.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. If a player was continuously spamming chat I would warn him and tell him to stop but if he was to continue I would mute him for 5 minutes, if not stopped I would then contact a higher admin to temp ban him.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. I would ask the offender to stop it giving him a verbal warning if he continues to do so I would mute him for 5 minutes if he continues after I would contact a higher admin for a temp ban.

Why should you be chosen? Why I think I should be chosen, Well I'm active on the server I have already been giving support to staff/owners when it came to a few errors, I am a good person and been very active these last few days. I enjoy playing minecraft and love meeting new people. I have had previous staff experience on other minecraft servers.
