A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I'd first inform him that to report a player, he must sign up on the forums, if he has not done so already, I would then link them to the report abuse section, and then also send them the link to the template of the punishment request.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. In a situation where a player is spamming, I'd first ask the user to stop spamming the chat, if after I've asked him politely, I'd then go onto issue the user with a mute, in which if he continues to spam after the mute has expired I would then enforce harsher punishments, such as a kick/ban.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. In the situation of a player disrespecting and harassing another player, I'd first asked the player politely to stop disrespecting and harassing said user, if in which they kept harassing them, I'd then go onto kicking them from the server, in which if they still don't learn, I'd then enforce a ban, and depending on how bad the disrespecting/harassing is, I might need to inform a lead team member about it.

Why should you be chosen? I think I should be chosen due to me being very active on the Minecraft server, as I'm really enjoying it. I think that I should also be chosen because I am very trusted with powers within the ZARP community due to my previous experience as SSRP Admin, in which I was for a few months, I also feel that I am very mature and will see each situation as a new one, I also will also see each situation fairly, and I am not biased when making my decisions.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Minecraft! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
