A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would first tell him to send me the proof, whether it be photos/video recordings, just so I know that it is legitemate and not a troll. I would then direct the player to our forums at zarpgaming.com and to fill out a report on the player making sure to use the correct format. After he had submitted it I would thank him, tell him that the report would be looked at some time soon, and wish him a happy time on the server
Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I would first give them a verbal warning, and tell them that if they dont stop I will give them a mute. If they continue I would mute for 5 minutes and warn them, if the player still refused to stop after the mute and warn I would kick him and tell him when he comes back to reread the rules so that wouldnt happen again

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. I would first tell the player to stop, rederict them to the rules and tell them that what they did is not tolerated on the server, if they continued to harass the player I would mute them for 5 minutes, and if they kept going I would kick them because of the multiple other chances they had.

Why should you be chosen? I feel like I should be chosen for a number of reasons, the first reason is that im mature. I can have some fun and laughs and joke around, but if someone starts to harass, abuse or just minge in general I can put my foot down. I am an admin on SSRP which I believe shows that I am responsible and trusted with the powers moderators recieve. I love to help people, and fixing a problem with a happy ending makes me feel quite nice. I have had lots of past experiences with minecraft, I used to run my own server back in the day and we pulled around 25 players a day. I feel like im a friendly person, who wouldnt be someone hated by the community but thought of as a friend or such. One of my final reasons I feel I should be accepted is that I would love to contribute more ideas and suggestions to the Minecraft server, I have got lots of cool things in mind which I will be bringing up soon. And finally, I feel like im a cool guy to be around, Im friends with most people and dont have many enemies, so that you readers for coming and looking at my application!

Honestly, i think joe can be a very good staff member.
He tought me how to ply minecraft when im still new to the sever. Told me the rule and tips in game.
Overall he is just a ice guy. Staff Material XD
