Estimated Server Time: About 30 hours from when the minecraft server came up. But always increasing because the server just started.

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I would first of all direct the user to visit www.zarpgaming.com and report the user using the provided template under report abuse.If the user has any more problems regarding how to use the template i would then proceed to show him step by step.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I was initially /mute the user then send them a private message saying "Please can you not spam the chat" and give them a warning. Then un-mute them.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. I would politely ask the user to stop using disrespectful language towards another user and if the user carry's on i will then mute the user for an amount of time appropriate and then if i see the user repeat this after the mute had timed out i would then temp-ban the user.

Why should you be chosen? I feel like i should be chosen to become moderator because I've had previous experience of owning a Minecraft server so i could help with plugins and any other developer questions you guys may have. Also I've played Minecraft for years so i have knowledge about the game so if a new player has any questions regarding Minecraft i could help them out. Finally i'm a nice guy to talk too and i always help out when i can.
