TOPIC: [MC] Nade Moderator Application

A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. I would direct the user to visit www.zarpgaming.com and report the user using the provided template under report abuse. If the user was troubled on what to put in the template, I would take him through step by step on what to do.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming. I'd tell the user to stop chat spamming, by refusing to do so will result in a mute for 5 minutes. If he continued after the mute, then I'd mute him for longer or request a higher up staff member to deal with him accordingly.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. If the user was upset and unhappy by the actions of the person harrassing him. I will tell the guy to cut it out and tell him that's its not acceptable on the ZARP servers. If he refused to stop, and persistently kept harrassing him, It would result in a mute depending on how far the user was taking it. Possibly a ban by a higher up staff member.

Why should you be chosen? Well, I know that I'm not on good terms with the community, or shall I say not all members of the community. I respect the hard work that the owners have put into the server developing it. Before the server was released,I actually helped develop the factions server with FluffyOP. I was modifying the plugins so that it was suited for the certain specification. For example, giving out the correct XP and when mining, or the shovel being too overpowered when shoveling. I did a couple of the kits in KIT pvp, gave advice on how the kits should be, I answered vitx's questions when he wasn't sure about java. I've messed up in the past, I've made mistakes, some which are unforgivable. I'm applying for moderator to prove to everyone what a helpful and friendly person I can actually be. I've developed an interest in the mine craft server and by the success of the server, just shows that it takes staff members, players, co operation for it to be successful. I want to see the mine craft server thrive, and I want to participate in thriving to make it better. I hope you can accept this, but if not, I'm open to criticism and always finding ways to improve.
