A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I will approach the situations calmly and in a nice way.I would suggest to him he Sends the proof to me or Report it on the forums whilst following the template!

When he gives me the proof OR makes a post and i feel the guy needs to be dealt with i will accept it and if the player is Still online i will goto him and speak to him about the situation and give a punishment if needed!
Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I would tell the user to stop if he continues i will give him a simple mute.After a while and i feel they have learnt a lesson i will unmute him and warn him if he does it again i he will be Perm muted!
Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I will approach both players in the nicest way possible.I would like to hear both sides of the story and if i find out a player is harrasing another player i will issue him with a punishment i see fit on the situation!
Why should you be chosen?
I should be chosen because i am active and i know the rules,I follow them and respect all players.Im here to help the server and make players have the best experience possible,not to let rulebreakers ruin it.I have been staff on ZARP Servers before and i have never abused!Even though the server is knew its addictive to play and will be even more addicting when more gamemodes to come out!

Recently i have changed myself to be the best person possible.
