A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would forward this player to our Forum. Then I would link him to the report template and show him where it should have been posted.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
First, I would warn him to stop. If he continued, then I would mute him for 5 mins. If he still chat spammed after 5 minutes, I would mute him once more but for a period of 15 mins.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
Pretty same as with chat spamming. I would tell him to stop, if he refused then I would mute him for 2 minutes. If he countinued afterwards then mute for 5 mins. If it would be some sort of trolling, bodyblocking etc. I would teleport him away and explain why he was teleported.

Why should you be chosen?
I am a very valuable person when it comes to Minecraft. I used to own ZARP's Minecraft server. I love plugins and how everything works. I have a great knowledge of commands and rules. The best part is, that this server is pretty addictive since yesterday

I think I should be chosen, because I would fit in Minecraft staff perfectly.
