A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation: Firstly, i would let him know that he can simply check the rules by doing /rules at anytime, just to make sure that the player in question is actually breaking rules. Next, i would let him know that he can either give the evidence to me, and i will deal with the player in question, or, he could head over to zarpgaming.com, and create a warn request on the player in question. I would let him know that he needs to put the evidence on the appeal so that the admin handling it can know exactly what happened. If he does not have the template or know how to get it, i would guide him through the forums to make sure that he gets to where he needs too.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming: I would first ask the player to stop chat spamming, as it is against the rules on this server, and may result in punishment. If he continued after this warning, i would give him one more final warning, just to make sure that its not a situation where he accidently missed my first warning. If he did not stop after those warnings, i would mute him for 5-10 minutes (Depending on the extent of the spam), and explain to the user that spamming the chat on this server is not acceptable, and that he should take a read through the rules and not do this again.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game: Firstly, i would ask the victim exactly what the player has said too him, and the events that lead up to him saying what he said. Next, i would go to the player who has been reported, and ask him the exact same thing. After this, i would speak to them both together, to try to bring a resolution to the problem. I would express to them that harassing and disrespecting is not allowed, and that should they continue, they will be punished for it, and that its not needed because they can just stay away from each other.

Why should you be chosen: I think that there are many reasons why i should be chosen for this position, and here are a few;

Trust.

I have been a member of this community for a very long time now, as seen here;

I have spent countless hours on various servers across this community, including anything from Deathrun and SSRP, to Minigames. I am currently a TTT moderator, which shows that i can be trusted when it comes to the powers of being a moderator on any Zarp server.

Activity

I am/ will be extremely active on the minecraft server. During the first launch day alone, i knocked out around 6 hours on kitpvp, which i would consider more than enough for one day. As seen with my activity on the forums, i have no issue keeping up stupid levels of activity, even when there maybe development needed. I am no longer in school (ended yesterday), therefore i have 12-14 weeks of spare time before i start collage, and the majority of this will be spent playing and helping the minecraft server.

Help

I have already provided help where i can to this server, and i have spent a lot of time helping out Fluffy with ideas, and things to help improve the server. Even though i'm not staff, i would like to think that i have already helped a considerable amount by giving my ideas where needed to help improve the server in a various amount of ways.

Finalisation

Overall, i think i should be chosen because i'm active, with a good knowlage of the rules, and i have already done somethings here and there to try and help out the server, even while not being on the staff team.
