A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.

I would resolve the situation by telling the player that he can report the player on the forums. I would let him know to use the report abuse template as well.
If he doesn't want to sign up on the forums, I would have him send the video to me or another staff member so we can deal with the player in question.

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.

If a player was chat spamming, I would immediately mute them, tell them to stop, and then unmute them. If they continued, I would mute them for 5 minutes. If he continued after that, I would mute him for longer, so on, and so forth.

Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.

If a player was disrespecting, I would tell them to stop. If they continue, I would mute them so that they cannot disrespect anymore. If they continued, I would mute them for longer periods of time. If he was harassing him by greifing, bodyblocking, etc, I would TP him away and tell him to leave the other player alone.

Why should you be chosen?

I believe that I should be chosen because I am prepared to be dedicated to the server. I haven't played the game in over two years, and I'm having fun with the server so far. I plan to spend a lot of my free time on it.
I am very experienced with administrating servers, as I was an SSRP Administrator for well over a year, and I'm currently a Minigames Owner.
I look forward to seeing the staff team's decision on my application for this wonderful server.

Gametracker link isn't working?

I can tell you have not put your correct gametracker link because you have to be on the server to do that, and correct me if i'm wrong but you have never even been online before, and if you have, its only been for minutes.

Your activity around the community right now is scarce, and you should really be focusing your time on your server thats pretty much dead on my opinion.
