]A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation. So he asks "How can I report A player?" I tell him I can help the situation if you provide me the evidence. He shows me a video of a player flying around and he is not staff. So I tell him I can ban for flying/Hacking (Thats an Example there are many diffrent scenarios)

Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.I would warn him and say Dont spam chat,If he continues I would mute him. (Example) So Tim spams chat say YE YE YE YE,I tell him to stop and he continues, I warn him saying He continues so I mute him.

]Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game. As we don't Accept this behaviour in the Zarp community I would get proof if I wasn't there. If he has evidence this is what I would do (Example) He shows me evidence, I talk to the player who is harrasing the other player. He understands he tells me, He continues after I talk to him. I talk to him again and say this time it will result in a ban for as long As I hink it should be depending on the scenario, He Stops and doesn't do it again (But heres what happens if he continues) I talk to the player once more saying
Why should you be chosen? I am experienced On MC Servers, A old SMP Server Named CookieSMP,A Faction server but I left to go here on ssrp a long time ago. I am friendly, have read over the rules a lot, I really like the new server and I don't want anyone being annoyed or frustrated to leaving the server to harrasers and hackers,Bullies and more. I know all the staff here and I am quite friendly with them. My gametime isnt showing because to show it you need kills I was making a base out of obsidian and stuff so I didn't go on the WarField much.

I think you should wait a week or two as I'm still not sure if your even fully dedicated to this community. Apart from that, your a very helpful and nice guy.
