What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when you are dead and you are telling they where to go.
its when a dead player or death is telling alive players what to do/where to go/tell a code etc.Example: A player (alive) forgot the code on the map helix, then the death players tell the alive player the code and where to go.That is ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell them to stop disrespect (give them a verbal warning) and if they dont stop i will warn and mute/gag him.

Why I should be chosen: I realy like to play on deathrun and i want to help supporting this server and help the players so they can have a good time on this server. I have much experience of being a staff member.
I have been head off staff and superadmin on 2 DarkRP servers. I have been superadmin on a deathrun server too.
