I don't have any gametime on Friday is because I just done F1's all day, I wasn't participaiting for roleplay, If you'd like proof that I have been on Friday then here you go!
People who can vouch that I was dealing with f1's all day today, Walk3r & Bruce
Server 2 -
Don't play on server 2
Age I'm currently 16 years of age.
Estimated Server Time Just judging by the account, I use the most I have 41784 minutes plaid just on server 1 alone, The reason why I mostly play server 1 is because it's more popular and then more rule breakers will come on you try and troll and basicly break rules as #1 is more popular than #2. Currently, I had 1.1k minutes on the server but that was mostly as I forgot I left my Computer on while I slept as I forgot to turn it off.
Languages I speak I can only speak English.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Personally, During my time as a Moderator it's been a rocky ride. But as I was a previous Administrator I knew what stuff I have to expect and how to handle with player's who brake the rules. Currently, The servers are lacking in f1's, They'd rather roleplay than to help other players out to make them have fun as well as themself. During my time as a Moderator I believe it's made me look a whole different way towards players than I used to, I believe that the 2 weeks I've been staff will hopefully make you think that I'm ready to become Administrator again. During my time as a Moderator, I'd encountered many situations from different requests from Prop Spam/Mass Random Deathmatch. To the best of my ability, Hopefully I've finished every f1 I've possible done to the best of my ability and hopefully other staff are happy that I'm doing my role correctly and am up to the standards to becoming an Administrator again.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
During my time as a Moderator, They were 2 hard situations that I had to use my head and think on feet to help players to the best I can, Recently one time it was pretty early in the morning that's when players come on and just to troll, I had to wait until a Administrator came back from being AFK to deal with the player as best as I don't have enough commands to deal with the player who was Mass Random Deathmatching. Then another situation, I dealt with a player who was a bit angry and was really rude towards everyone encluding myself, No other Administrator's was online and I was the only staff who was responding to f1's so I came across him, Then I asked him poelitly to stop disrespecting or he'd get possibly banned, I then warned him 4 times for Major disrespecting as he kept doing it, Then he got banned as he reached the max Thrush hold of the warnings and I've never seen the player since.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello there my friend!, First of all I'd like to congratulate you on getting accepted as a Semi serious Roleplay Moderator!, You can now help players to enjoy the server while you're enjoying helping players! Now let's begin your training.
F1 If you press f1, You can see 3 different tabs called "Player Requests" "Warnings" "Logs", Let's start off with Player requests. Here you can see every player who are needing help as they have a problem/issue with another player or just a general question. If you Right click on a un-handled f1, You can now see 6 brand new commands listed as "Requested By" "Goto" "Bring" "Mark As Finished" "Abort handling this" "Copy". If you click "Goto" you will teleport to the player and help him with the situation that he needs help for. If you use "Bring" (Never use Bring!) it will bring the player to your closest area where the player can fit. As I said, You're not supposed to use /bring as once use that command then the /back command will not be able to work. If you click Mark As Finished, Then you click that once the f1 is over, Then once you do that then your f1 count will be up 1. Now let's move on to the Warnings tab on the f1 men, If you click on warning then you can see every warning a player/a staff member has given someone in the last 24 hours. Then finally let's move on to the Logs, If you're going to a f1 and the reportee has been randomly deathmatched you can type his name in the search bar and you can see who killed the player, For example Player X reports player Y for Random Deathmatch, You can click on logs and type in Player X and see who killed the player here's a example: KILL: Player Y was killed by Player X with a m9k_machete.
F6 If you press F6 you can now see a brand new window popped up, If you click on Select player then you can see every warnings/kicks/bans any online player has. If you scroll down right to the bottom, You can see the "Search" thing, Paste in someone's steam ID and you can see every punishment that player has got on record.
Chat Commands
/goto <steamid/Player> if you've saw a rule breaker or you're going to a f1, You can use this command to teleport yourself to the player. Here's a example of the command, /goto STEAM_0:1:34248193. Then you will teleport yourself to the player who's steam id that is.
/back <steamid/player> If you've teleported a player to you, You can use this command to teleport players back to where they were before you teleported them to you. Here's a example when you'll use this command, Player C made a f1, I handle the f1 and I use the command /tp STEAM_0:1:34248193, Then the player will come to my location and once I'm done with the f1, I'd /back STEAM_0:1:34248193 then it'll teleport the player back to there
/tp <steamid/Player>
If you use the teleport command, You can teleport that player to you. This is the command you use instead of /bring as if you use the command, The /back command still works. Here's a example of when you use this command: You handle a f1, You /goto <player/Steamid> and the player claims that someone broke NLR. So you'd /tp STEAM_0:1:34248193 and then the player who he's accusing will be at your situation.
/backspawn
If you've handled a f1 and marked it as finished, If you've teleported more than once, It's highly suggested you use this command to teleport yourself back to spawn, This command only works on yourself and not any other player.
/freeze <player/SteamID> You'll use this command, If you're freezing someone so they can't move/run away from your situation, if you use /freeze STEAM_0:1:34248193 then it'll freeze the player you're wanted to freeze, This command will basicly freeze the player on the spot so he can't run/move. Here's a example you'd use this command: Player X is always is always jumping down from your f1's, Then you'd teleport him to you and then freeze the player so he has no other option to speak to you. Once you've dealt with the player, You can use /unfreeze <steamid/Player> and then he can move about again.
/slay <player/Steamid>
If you've encountered a situation where a player isn't holstering/dropping a gun as he's a citizen, Then you can use this command to forcefully make him get the gun away, However only use this command if you have to and never ever use Explode or Rocket as it's too loud. For example when you'd use this command, Player Y is a Mutant and has a Sniper. He's not holstering it so then you can use /slay STEAM_0:1:34248193 and then that'll kill the player and make him lose/get rid of the gun.
Moderator On Duty
Now you can go 1 more job, If you press f4 > Jobs > Scroll Right Down > Select Moderator on duty then become that job, Now you have 1 new tool that is very useful, It's called "Admin keypad Cracker" you can left click on a keypad and see how many seconds it's opened for. If it's under than 4 seconds then you can ask the player to change it. From that tool you can see every keypad/fading door that that door/keypad is connected too.
/warn <steamID/Player/
If someone has broke a rule, You can type /warn STEAM_0:1:34248193 Random Deathmatch, So then that player will be warned and if he gets 3 warnings he'll be kicked from the server as he's reached the thrush hold of 3 warnings, If he comes back and gets a 4th warning he'll be banned for 1 hour.
/unwarn <steamID/Player>
If you've warned someone by mistake you can use this command to remove there warning so that they don't get kicked/banned if they get any more, If you /unwarn someone it's best to tell a Super Admin so they can remove it from the Spreadsheet.
/kick <player/Steamid>
If they're no other admins online and you need to get that player off the server for some time to let the player to calm down, You can use this command so they leave the server. Only use this command if they're no other option around it or the player's broken enough rules and deserves to be kicked.
Tab
If you hold Tab and click on a user/Yourself, You can see what commands you can use for them. If you're not too good with the chat commands, Then I'd use Tab.
Some ideal Information
Alright, since you've hopefully read everything I've placed above, Now I'll tell you some good things that will make you a good Moderator.
F1's - Never Rush f1's, Only finish them when you think they're over.
SteamID'S Always use SteamId's for commands, So you don't use any of your commands on any other player that's not needed.
Powers
Only use commands on player's if they've broke a rule, Just because the player is your friend doesn't mean you can randomly slay/teleport him to you.
Justified
As long as you can justify your powers as you've used them on a player, Then you're good to go. You never warn some false as they could report you on forums.
Don't be scared
If you're nervous about doing stuff, They're always alot of people who can help you and guide you to anything that you don't understand, If you don't understand what rule the player has broken then simply either read the !motd again or ask another staff member in @ or ///. We're a Staff team, We're here to help each other!
Mistakes
Yes, We all make mistakes. Even the highest people in the community can all make mistakes, If you've teleported alot of people when you're meant to only teleport one person, Then It's fine!, Learn from your mistakes and overcome them!.
Teleporting players
Always goto people before you bring them, If for example you don't go to the player before you bring them to you, Then they could be raiding the bank and then you'll have a angry situation on your head.
Events
You can't host Events on your own, You need an Administrator to host it for you.
Warn Appeals/Ban Appeals
You can't deal with Appeals on the forums until you're an Administrator.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player X, I see that you've been banned on Semi serious Roleplay, I've looked over your application and I've spoken to the administrator who's banned you. We've came to a conclusion to Accept the ban appeal!, However before you log on to SSRP please read the rules again found Here
Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Now, Some of you might say It's too soon as I've only been staff for 4 weeks when this is getting reviewed, I get that and I understand where you're coming from. However, I'm applying for staff so I can help more players out and deal with more situations I can as a Moderator. During late times, They become a Peak Time due to myself/a few staff online with alot of players, If I get accepted as Administrator again I believe I can help as much people as I possibly could to the best of my ability. During my time as a Ex-Administrator, I learnt so much and can offer that help to anyone else who needs it, I believe during the 2 weeks I've been staff I've tried my best to achieve this admin rank and hopefully I do get it. During my first week as a Moderator, It was a eye opening as I was so used to just freezing players with my physics gun instead of having you type/look at there name on the Tap menu, I believe if I get accepted as Administrator again I can help players better than I can right now.
During my time as a Administrator, I worked my best and tried to do everything I can to the best of my ability so hopefully if I get accepted again then I can truly prove my dedication towards Zarp as personally they've made me a even better staff member & a nice guy in general. Over the past 2 weeks, I've tried my best to respond to f1's as much as I can while only taking like 30 minute breaks per 30 I do, I get on every day with a urge to make people enjoy there time here at zarp just like what I do. I was a Administrator for 4 month's before I got demoted and hopefully I can show the Administrator's and Lead Team I'm ready for this promotion event though I've only waited 2 weeks. I'm on zarp more than 9 hours a day as that's were most of my fun is at the moment, As I've started a course that I get paid for then that means I can be on zarp more than I've been on before as it's shorter hours than school and more help towards the players who are needing help. Over that past few weeks, I've helped new Moderators being able to dealing with stuff to the best of tere ability as well as helping players to make there roleplay experience alot better, I've been in zarp through highs and lows and hopefully with enough work I can re-gain my Administrator rank and be able to help players as well as staff if they have any issues that they need help with! I'd like to also say a big thank you for everyone who gave me the opportunity to become a Moderator so hopefully I can become an Administrator once again for Zarp gaming.
During some situations it would be really good to have Admin since you can deal with situations a lot smoother and to the best of your standards, I believe that during my time staying up late players take that as a opportunity to break the server rules, As a Moderator right now, I can't deal with every situations if a Admin isn't on as I can't remove props, Can't deal with bans as I don't have the access as I'm only a Moderator. During my time being staff for Zarp, I've encountered so many situations where I had to use the correct punishment as well as letting the player understand what rule what they broke and help them help themself to become a good player at Zarp Gaming. As I know that people just come on servers and break rules to have fun but hopefully I can make them have fun as well as following the rules. I will still continue to help people if they are in need of assistance from Staff. If I got promoted to Admin, I could stop most rule breakers, Help new players know the rules better and can spend more time interacting with players who are new to Zarp. I believe that I could catch rule breakers more easer due to the fact if someone makes a f1 report on player X saying the he is mass Rda'ing (Mass Random Arresting) I could spectate Bob and see what he is doing, Which will make handling situations a lot smoother and faster hopefully
Few Examples of f1's I've been in as a Moderator and a Admin
Admin:
Now, Being an Admin is alot easier but then harder for some reasons, Here is a list of some hard situations that I've had to dealt with professionally as well as in the best for the server. So if I got this promotion I could help out even more players than I can and do already, As I can deal with more players and deal with a whole range of f1's as I've got more powers than I can help out players with.
Moderator:
Being a Moderator is a lot harder because you have less commands to use so you are a bit limited to dealing with certain stuff however an Admin is always there for myself to use or ask for help. Most of the f1's I've did as a Moderator are Random Deathmatches and New Life Rules, During every f1 I've handled I listen to both sides and not just jump to conclusions about stuff as if I get a thing wrong then someone could get a false warning for me for not paying attention so that's why I like to be always on alert dealing with every case.
Commands Admins have:
Spectate:
If you select on the player you want to spectate, Then you can click on TAB and select the "Spectate" command. While you're in spectate mode you can press R to teleport to the person.
What is spectating?
Spectating is basicly watching a user with a camera or basicly watching there screen, You can see what they're doing and know if they break any rules. This command is really useful and I'd recomend if you think someone will break a rule and so you can catch them in the act.
How would I use the spectate command?
Well, the spectate command is a really useful thing to have at your finger tips. A few reasons that I love the admin command is when I'm dealing with a f1 (Player Request) I can goto the player and do what I do, Then when he says the person's name I can use this command to see what he's doing and see if he's able to be brought to my f1 if he's not busy and then I wouldn't get in to trouble for teleporting him while he could've been in a bank raid and more stuff like this. On a average this was the one of my favourite command to use to help out players with so I can see what they're doing and if they break any rules then I can deal with the player fairly and enforce the rules to the best of my advantage. The way I'd use the command is either by tab or use the player's SteamID.then you can spectate the guy/girl you want to watch.
Ban
This is the last command I want to use, I'd only use this command if they're no other option around dealing with the player, As I've been ex-Administrator I know the times and I know the way to work with all of my commands and always decide a fair punishment to the person who breaks the server rules. During my time as a Admin I've dealt with many players who wanted to be banned or I had to ban them as they were no other options around and I had to get the player off the server. The most commands where I'd had to ban a player, For different reasons weather it be hacking to prop spamming.
How would I use the ban command?
You can either type it out in chat using/ban <Name/ID> (Ammount of time) (Why) Or press TAB select the user you want to ban and select the ban hammer.
Jail
The jail command basicly makes a player in a jail cell so he can't run away or interfere with roleplay. I mostly use this command if I believe a player doesn't feel sorry for his actions or doesn't care about his warning(s), This command is a more strict approach and a fair approach towards players who doesn't take time to read and understand the rules. I've mostly used this command if a player doesn't care about being warned so I use this command as I feel like it takes a more fair approach and stop the player from interfearing with roleplay.
Way to use this command:
Now, I could type out this command but I believe just using tab is alot better as then you're less for a chance to make a mistake. You can hold TAB and select the player and select the jail command.
Cloak
Now, I've never used this command in roleplay unless I have to noclip to either stop a rule break or check out a base to see if they have raidable entities while building, This command basicly makes me go invisible so player's can't see that I'm there so they will rulebreak if they think no member of staff is about, While I use this command I always use it if I'm on duty and noclipping about. I've never used this command on a user as I'd be in trouble for abusing my commands as I can't justify it so that's why I never do it.
Way I use this command:
I always use this command via TAB, I click on my name and press the cloack button. I never use this command via chat as I could type and if someone has the same name/steam name as Jordan inside it then they would be cloaked instead of myself, That's why tab is best!.
God Mode:
You never want to forget that you have this active, As if you forget you have it active and then proceed to roleplay then you won't be able to die and players will get angry as they can't kill you. The way I'd use this command is if I'm on duty and I don't want to die from players shooting at me or trying to kill me while I'm on duty, I never god a player as then they could go back to roleplay and then raid people and then they will not die as they can't as God can't die can he?.
Way I'd use this command:
I'd always use this command via TAB so I make no mistakes on who I'm godding as I don't want to give anyone a unfair advantage while being on ZARP. You could type the command but then if someone has the name then they'll be godded as the system will go to them before you. If you're using the command by tab then you click on the god command.
Set Health
This command could be used in many ways that I'd use it in, If I was hosting an event I'd set my health to an ammount by typing /hp Jordan <ammount> or I can do it through tab, I mostly used this command if I was on Duty and I never wanted to die, This command is very useful in every day to day stuff if you're on duty quite alot.
Way I'd use this command: Now, I can use this command 2 ways, Weather it be or pressing TAB, Scrolling down for my name and then do it that way, I mostly done it through tab so little to no mistakes where made.
Set Team:
If I handled a f1 about a guy being random demoted from a certain Job, I'd use this command to give that player the job back, But bare in mind if it was a Mayor Job, I couldn't do it then as it'll bu out the voting system then they will become two mayors. This command is really key to handle f1's about demotions so this command is key.
Ways to use this command
You can only use this command via TAB, Select the player you want to select a job for then you can select a job for the player to go and he'll become that job.
Family Sharing Check:
If you believe that someone is using an ALT Account, You can use this command by only one way and that is from TAB, This command checks if the person you selected is using a family shared account so you can see if it's an ALT account or not.
Way I used this command:
You can only use this command one way, And that is from TAB.
Console Commands
Rp_cancelvote
If I saw a demotion for a rule break, I'd open up console by pressing ` and typing in rp_cancelvote, This basicly goes in to the system and cancels the vote so the player doesn't get demotted from the job they are on.
Previous:
As you can see, I know most of my stuff as I've been a staff member before I've been an Admin twice as well as a Moderator 3 times. I know how to handle different situations that can be thrown my way weather it be an simple Random Deathmatch case to a Prop spam case, Your job is to make the server safe and rule break free. I know most or inf act every command that I had as an Admin the last time I had it, I used to always love helping players out as well as staff who are stuck on something. I've been in many f1's so I know the way the punishment system works so I'm experienced in most f1's that admins can be thrown there way.
Why me?
I understand that when a person breaks a rule, I know you can't just straight up ban the person, You need to be open minded and if you think another punishment will do the job better then you can use that punishment instead of just straight up banning the guy. I always think of the best punishment for a player who have broken a rule so then no harsh punishments as you want to remain fair and enforce the rules, I love being a Moderator but I'm a bit limited to commands so I can't help out players as much as I'd like to and have before. I hope you all have a wonderful day and thanks for reading this application!
