Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario. RDM(r,Random Death Match) is when you hit or kill a player without a roleplay reason
Scenario:Player 1 is shooting and killing other players randomly on the map.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. NLR(New Life Rule) is when you die in a area you cant go there.After the NLR timer ends(its top of the screen) you can go back there.
Scenario:Player 1 killed Player 2 with raiding.After Player 2 spawned he went back his base and killed the raider.(Player 2 went back his base before the NLR Timer end)

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. Metagaming is saying RP things in OOC chat

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Firstly I will ask Player x to can we go roof if he accepts ill teleport him to a roof.After that I will ask player Y ''are u free now there is a f1 about you'' if he says ''no'' ill wait him after that teleport to roof if he says ''yes'' ill teleport him to roof.After that ill listen player X's story then player Y's story if player Y confirms that he rulebreaked i will warn him for RDM if he doesnt ill say '' player X have u got proof for RDM'' If he hasnt got ill end the sit.If he has got ill look proofs if they tells me he RDM'd ill warn Player Y for RDM if proofs doesnt tell me he RDM'd ill end the sit

Firstly ill PM him to dont say it in OOC chat its Metagaming if he doesnt look to pm's ill teleport to him and say it again after that if he does it again ill warn him for Metagaming

Your understanding of RDM/NLR are good.
In theory your situation handeling is good, i do suggest that when you tp to the a suspected rulebreaker you dont really wait unless he is in another sit or his base is geting raided.
I see you in game but i have no intheractions of you atleast that i remember did you change your name?
Over all a good application you could have added some colour or underline the story you where given to make it a bit better.
