Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match commonly abbreviated to RDM is the killing of a player with no roleplay reason.

Example of this would be if Caitlin shot and killed Jasmine with no roleplay reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule commonly abbreviated to NLR is the act of returning to a district a player died in within the 3 minutes of NLR Timer.

An example of this is if Caitlin killed Jasmine in the top right corner of the map while raiding, Jasmine then returns to the district within 3 minutes of NLR Timer they would be breaking NLR.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is the use of In-character information in Out of character channels also the use of Out Of Character information in In-character situations.

Example of this is if Caitlin was trying to find the location of Jasmine via OOC, (OOC) Caitlin: Jasmine where are you?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would teleport to Player x to make sure they are okay for me to teleport them to a roof. I would then ask them if they have any evidence to back up their accusation, I will then teleport to the accused player and ask if they are okay to be teleported. I shall then ask the accused Player y why they killed Player x if they are honest and have no other recent warning for "RDM" I will give a verbal warning, if Player y lies about killing Player x after Player x has provided proof, Player y will receive a warning for "lying to a staff member" and "RDM". I will then return Player y to their original location, I will ask Player x if they have anything else for me if they don't I will return them to their original location.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I will teleport the Player x and ask if they are okay to be teleported to a roof, once on the roof I will ask Player x if they have any proof of their accusation if they don't I will still get the accused player's side of the story, if they admit to breaking NLR and have no recent warnings for breaking NLR I will give them a verbal warning and tell them to be careful. If Player y tells their story and don't say they broke NLR despite the times being close in logs I will give no warnings as logs don't provide which district the player is in. I will return Player y to their original location before I teleported them, I will then let Player x know why Player y didn't get a warning and notify them to provide valid evidence next time, I will also ask if Player x has anything else for me before I teleport them back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
If Player x has no recent warnings for metagaming, I will explain to them how the rule works and give them a verbal warning, if they continue to call for help via OOC I will give them a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I've always been on quite late my time(NZT), which is morning for server time the majority of staff tend not to be on this early in the morning due to school/work this is around the time when players start to break rules as they feel as they won't be punished. I am a very experienced staff member with over 5 years of being staff for large communities. Once I find a community I like I become very dedicated and help out where ever I can. I treat all player equally and do not hold grudges against anyone.
