Explain RDM and give and example scenario

RDM is randomly killing someone for no reason.
Ex: Running around killing people, killing someone because you dont like them, killing someone who refuses your offer, killing someone because you dont like their name, fail RP killing.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

NLR means you cannot visit the same location/district after dying until that period expires. (3 min standard, 10 min for raids)
Ex: Player X RP dies at their house and returns to their house/district right after, that would break NLR. Also relaying any info obtained before/after dying would break NLR unless the info was relayed before dying.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Metagaming means you disclose info to someone that would not be otherwise disclosed. (via skype, TS, OOC, etc.)
Ex: Player X RP dies at the location of Player Y printers, or just sees the printers randomly, then types in /ooc " Player Y printers are located at so and so" that would be metagaming.
Seeing a player with a bounty on their head and typing in /ooc "player is located here"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would bring them together and ask them both what happened, then ask for proof. If they don't have proof then I can't do much except talk about it...
Unless player X or Y is obviously trolling/no intent to RP.
Then I will spectate them and if either breaks rules i will warn the Troll, whichever it may be, for false accusations or RDM. (I will take down their steam id, If they leave punishment I will contact an admin or higher)

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would talk to them about it but also I would require evidence, after checking the logs and time there wouldn't be a way for me to tell where they were, If player X has a Screenshot/Video proving it.
Then I will issue a warning to player Y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would verbally warn player X if they're new, and tell them to advert it.
If they are a regular player then I will assume they are breaking Metagaming and possibly issue a warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words)

Because I will clean up the rule breakers and help them to not break rules. I don't like seeing people being rdmed, and I see it quite a few times when admins are busy or not on and usually it requires proof so if I was a mod I could quickly fix things without wasting time of a admin/mod that could be helping someone else. I'm on basically every day since I started playing on ZARP and I wouldn't mind switching between servers to help out on either.
I also WILL NOT abuse my MOD powers as I have been an admin before and know the responsibilities of being a mod/admin.
I will continue my RP adventures not exploiting my MOD privilege just to gain an upper hand. I only want justice for people being rdmed, rda, cda, etc. I really enjoy the ZARP experience and it's extremely fun to progress and play, It's like playing a fun game. Cheating just ruins it.

I understand where you are coming from but my low game time doesn't mean I haven't thoroughly read the rules.

first of all youre game time is shit you really need to get more and i can see most of this app is copyed from another app. i wont say who... but you need to get youre shot toether and get some games time and make youre own app

oh ya its really gonna boost youre app that you lied about this "Estimated Server Time: 3000 minutes" just shows that you dident look this copyed app thro before you posted it, or you are just stupid
