Random death match scenario: Bob walks up to Jim and just kills him without reason. Jim was not wanted and Jim didn't do anything at all Bob wasn't raiding him either. Random death match is just murdering someone.

New life rule scenario: Jim raids Bob and dies. He then comes back within 10 mins and kills Bob. New life rule can also be dieing and saying oh you killed me blah blah blah about his last characters life or whatever when not in out of character speech.

Metagaming scenario: Jimmy says to Bob in out of character speech come to the base
Whilst he should have used private message. Metagaming is. Basically using the wrong kind of chat for the wrong thing

Scenario 1: I would check if Y still had new life rule and warn Y either way

Scenario 2 bank scenario: warn X for metagaming.

Why I should be a moderator: I am usually bored and come on ZARP twice a week. But when I do come on I take it very seriously, I just call for justice and usually try taking pics of rule breakers and I always make sure bases are secured by the rules. I also just love zarp and have been on it for a long time and I have seen it grow marvelously. I also have an experience with being an mod. I was once one on superior dark roleplay (before it got completely run down and the owner went crazy)
