Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Being an Admin will let me stop the prop spammers faster and the rdmers faster because i will have the abillity to use physgun to being them up to a roof without going through the hassle of tping

First of all.you need to explain more about how the promotion will help you deal with situations.Example:Mass rule breaker,you can ban him because you have the ban command available.The physgun will not always help you.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around: So this one time which was this week this person called "Deadpool" was being followed by Darren the mod and said he told him to stop and he felt hes being harassed so what i had to do is ask bananaslanger to tp to me and ask deadpool what happened and he told darren not to do it.
This is just a time where you had a hard time resolving the problem.You need to give a scenario where you needed the admin powers instead of the mod powers.Example:Player X is mass rdming and harrasing a player for destroying his printer.He rdmed him over 15 times,you can not to anything but just warn him untill he gets banned/you kick him.If you were an admin you could ban him.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would say that they need to get their activity up as high as possible and to deal with situations properly and to remember contact an admin+ if you need any help.[/color]
These are the commands that Moderators get:
Kick: Gives you the power to kick people out of the server use this to kick people prop spamming mass disrespecting etc.

Mute Chat: Gives you the power to mute someone's chat to stop them typing in chat, use this when someone is chat spamming.

Unban from job: This unbans people from jobs if they got demoted for no reason this command is useful.

Freeze: This gives you the power to freeze someone in place, use this to stop RDMers or Prop spammers.

Slay: This give you the power to kill someone without a gun (automatically dies) use this when a citizen has a big gun.

Mute Globally: This gives you the power to mute someone's Voice and Chat for a certain amount of time, use this for chat and mic pammers.

Mute: This gives you the power to Mute someone's voice, use this for mic spammers and people disrespecting.

Teleport: This gives you the power to teleport to where your facing, use this to teleport someone to a roof if they have broken a rule.
Goto: This gives you the power to goto someone (basically teleporting to someone), use this when someone has made an f1.

Bring: This gives you the power to bring someone to you, use this when someone has reported a rule breaker.

Back: Makes you go back to your last location or spawn, use this when your done with an f1 or teleporting someone back to thier last location.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
First i will have a little chat with him in game or over steam and if he is really sorry i will accept the appeal and explain to him i will give him another chance and i will explain the rules to him to prevent him from getting banned again.
You need to make a forum post saying:
Hello there,thank you for making this appeal.After reading your appeal,i have decided to +ACCEPT this appeal.You were sorry and put a lot of effort into the appeal.If you do it again,you will be punished,and never unbanned./lock please(just a short example)

You just got accepted and i feel that you need to wait a bit longer .

Would like to point out he was breaking rules yesterday , his car got stuck so he started proppushing it all over the place then continued to argue when I was talking to him about it.

Your application has every key detail I could possibly want to add into it, and you put lots of effort into the aesthetics of the application as well, which will get higher votes at the meeting, as people will know you made an effort while applying. Everything in the application is precise and works well, so don't worry about grammar and repeating parts from your last application; as long as it's good (and of course, isn't someone elses work), you'll be fine. Remember to help others and keep the F1 count high.
