Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I got trained and started doing F1s imidiately...On the first week I asked some questions and the second week I did situations very well on my own. Sometimes there were some troll guys or liers or Mass RDMers...I couldn't stop them so I needed to call an admin to ban. I was in the mines at the update (with other 20 miners) someone tossed a grenade and almost killed everybody. Thank God there was an admin to ban him when I froze him.My activity and gamitime has rise to the skys.I had exams and competitions this week :/, but I am free now and I am doing F1s actively! I am an ex-Admin and I still didn't forget my experiances what happend in the past. The admin commands are really useful to deal with rulebreakers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
As I said it in my previous question I had to work around bannable situations or just kids who trolled us (like speaking other language and they spoke English after that.) My best example for that question is that when there was 4 F1s about a guy RDMing and Admins/Mod tpd him all round the map and the guy RDMed a Mod On Duty in Sit an he got banned. My 2nd best is the mines when someone tried to Mass RDM and the grenade killed only 1 person. I caught a mass RDMer at spawn and I had to call an admin to ban him. I banned some guys when I was an admin too so I had to work around bannable situations too or getting called to one.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
First:
/tp

This command usually for you it Teleport players where you looking at. If you want to tp someone or yourself to a position just look at there. I recommend a bind for it: bind T "say /tp.
/goto

This command is improtant too it will teleport you to the selected player.You should use it in F1s.
/bring

This command brings the selected player next to you. WARNING! It teleports next to you so do not stand near edges!
/back

It will return the player to the position where he/she was last time before teleport
/backspawn

Same as /back but this will return to spawn I did binds of that too!/warn

This command is very important... If someone breaks a rule just warns them. 3 warns is a kick, 4 is a ban. I recommend Steam ID becouse you do not want to warn someone else!!
/unwarn

If someone has proof that the warn is false you can use this command to unwarn them. OR If you accidently warn someone else./kick

It just kicks the player out of the server. I recommend Steam ID here too becouse names are not working so well...(usable when the player doesn't remove the prop block)
/freeze

It frezzes the player and he can't move/shoot so he can't run away/kill you in a sit.

This command is to chat with admins Or ask someone If you need help.
/slay

This is a punishment command. You need that when you slay an RDMer on the streets before he kill everyone.You can use these commands in TAB menu either!

Now these were the chat commands.
I will show you the rest of your commands! (Mostly in TAB)

Muting:

If a player micspams or being racist you can easily stop them so they can't speak.
You can use it for chat or micspammers.
Unban from Job:

Go to TAB menu click to the player's name and choose what job do you want to unban. It is usable at false demote or when someone was AFK and he got back and can't be (eg.) Miner.
F1 menu:
The most important thing...
You get the F1s here and start handle them, you can check warns on it's 2nd page and the logs are on the 3rd page.(It shows every KILL,ARREST, JOIN, LEAVE, WARRANT,...)
F6 menu:
I shows the punishments for a chosen player (warns,slays,etc.) You can search By name or STEAM_ID.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I learnt so much from my experiances in my time for being a Moderator.
I handled so many F1s and helped out people out of F1s.
Now I know how trolls are doing so I can recognize them.
That's why the ban command for.
It would be so much easier to use my physgun and noclip to get players on top of the roof.
When I got accepted my activity went up to 9 hours a day (autmn break). In school period like 4 hours a day.
My gametime have risen like a 110hours!
I always like helping out people make friends in-game or real-life.
This community made my best time in Gmod (It has 1100hours) and I have like 1000 hours on ZARP.
Sometimes no admin online/AFK and there is a mass rulebreaker. I know how to give punishments (ban length) I banned some people on deathrun.I got demoted when I was going for admin and I had like 3 weeks experiance as a moderator.
I am an ex-Admin so I know all my commands and what do they do.
I am a trusted person in this community with my ranks: TeamSpeak3 Staff, Forum Section Moderator (Server apps, Deathrun), Deathrun SuperAdmin, TTT Admin, Minigames Admin.

Can be trusted amazing in general he was ex staff so i dont see any way to deny

Has always been a dedicated member of this community, I've never encountered any issues with Voorhees on Deathrun and he's always been an outstanding staff member. I don't see why he wouldn't carry this back onto SSRP as an Admin, good luck with your application mate!

This is a really well made application to say the least. It's obvious you put lots of effort into making the application, and you understand everything that you put in there.
