When it will be appropriate to use the BAN Command

1.When some one constantly/Mass breaking the rule

2.Use of Hacks and script to gain advantage which will also result as a permanent ban

3. Being Racist or sexist with the other player will also result a permanent ban

4.Leaving the server to avoid the punishment also result as BAN

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

i have been with newbies so many time, one day there were like almost newbies and they keep trap spamming and mic spamming i gave them a verbal warn but they keep doing it so i gag/mute and slayed them but they keep doing it after the map change because they get ungag/unmuted so it is so difficult to keep gag/mute the player or slay them if i was a admin i would ban them. Also there was a guy who has the link on his name so i said to remove the link but he didn't i kicked him around 5-7 times but he keeps joining back if i was a admin i would ban him.

Why should i be promoted?

A promotion will help me to deal with the player who break rules as i mentioned (such as mass rule break and being racist etc.) by myself like i have really been in this situation.And beside i Love this server, Great staff and all the server feature LOVE IT!

EDIT!= Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this? there is 1 more thing i must say that there r lot of player who like just turns on the game connect to our server and the just leave(AFK). So as a mod i was only able to kick and they come back after 5-10 mins and go AFK again so if i was a Admin(used this so many times) i would able to ban them

You're handling situations well, the only thing is that you can expand the when it will be appropriate to use the ban command question and get your activity up!
