Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:Random death match is were a player would kill another player for no rp reason. An example of RDM would be, player x going up to player y and killing player Y without any previous interaction or player X being provoked. When I say provoked I mean something like player Y attempting to mug player X.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:The new life rule is designed to stop people reintegrating with their previous role-play situation. On Zarp this means you are not allowed to go back to the same district within the NLR timer. An example of someone breaking the NLR rule would be: Player X gets killed as he didn’t comply with someone attempting to mug him. Player X then re-spawns, when he re-spawns there will be a timer at the top. This timer signifies the amount of time he has to wait before he can back to that district. If he were to break this rule he would go back to that district.


Explain "Meta-gaming" and give an example scenario:Meta-gaming is when a person uses external factors or OOC chat to affect their own or other people’s role-playing experience. Player X gets killed by player Y, as he is attempting to raid player X. Player X tells his friends, through a Skype call, where he got killed and to go kill him. This is meta-gaming.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x: I would first of ask player y if he did rdm player X, on the very unlikely occasion he says yes then I would take the appropriate actions. If player y says no, I would ask player X for some proof of him being rdmed if I see this as sufficient proof I would take action towards player Y. If this wasn’t sufficient proof I would recommend to player X to record his game-play in order for staff members to get a better view on the situation. I would then finish the f1.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.: I would ask player y why he had broken nlr and ask player X why he killed player y. If player y had any recent warns for NLR I would warn him. If he didn’t have any recent warns for NLR I would give him a verbal warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided: I would bring player X to a roof top and explain to him what meta-gaming is I would then give him a verbal warning and ask him to be more vigilant of the server rules. I would then tp him back and finish the f1.


Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):. I and my friends used to play on Zarp around 12 months ago. I thoroughly enjoyed the server then, I have fairly recently got back into Zarp and I am willing to put time and effort into becoming part of a gaming community. I hope that I will be able to help the community. I genuinely want to improve this server. I have a lots of good memories of time on Zarp, I really want the server to be able to be enjoyed by others, this is why I am applying to become staff. I have also over 640 hours on gmod.
