Why should we choose you:
i should be chosen because i have been death run staff for a month now and i want to apply for a different game mode something new and i see this game mode has came out today. I want to also be staff on other servers so i can help the community even more of what i am doing now! I wil deal with all the rulebreakers in a good way like i am explaining in the other sections of the app!

What would you do if a player was micspamming and shouting racist slurs?:
first i will verbally warn them and if they continue i will gag the mic spammer and then instantly kick the racist people..

Explain a situation where you would kick a player:
i will kick a player if they either mass disrespect or continue to rule break after verbal warn/warn. Also i will kick them for advertising things like CSGO EGG.com and AFK for 3-4 rounds. Also if 2 people were XP boosting.

Player X is spawn-camping on Sniper Wars. Everyone is telling him to stop but he does not listen. What would you do in this situation?
First i will tell him to stop if he keeps on doing it i will warn him and if he doesnt listen i will slay him.

What would you do if you found two players boosting for XP?:
I would ask the to stop (verbal warning) and if they carry on i will slay them. And if they continue i will kick them.

+support nice guy,tho you need to improve your app,also,being racist is an instant mute/gag and warn,if you want him on sniper warns,you need to slay him too,if he does it again,kick him,if he comes back and does it again,call an admin to deal with it.And at the xp boost,slay and warn,not just slay.good luck	Marcooo Offline Diamond Boarder Posts: 3485 Thanks received: 465 Karma: 44

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Minigames! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:

Needs to gain some more gametime, play on the server more and then reapply!
