What is Ghosting:

Ghosting is when dead people is telling stuff about the course, like let's say there is a trap where there are two ways to go and one of them are the false one (the one that kills you) and then ghosting means that the player that is dead tells the alive persons what the correct way is and this act can then change the hole round might even the game!

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:

I whould first warn him about the consequence tell him about what is going to happend to him if he doesnt stop like if someone is mic spamming i whould first tell him to stop and if he doesnt stop !gag/mute and as morgan said i will call the admins about what they have done and ill give them evedence!

Why I should be chosen?:

Cause i want to help people to have a nice time on the server, to not play with mic spammers and ghosters i want to have a server that is free from mic spammers ect. and the experience you get from being staff i pretty good you can handle alot of people and you can get alot of friends like other staff ect.

Your activity looks fine to me, you have the recuirement of 15 hours of gameplay. Altough i would recommend improving your application information a bit as Morgan has already commented. Also this is not necessary but coloring up your application is a great thing to do. It makes your application look much more proffesional. Another great idea is to check other peoples applications and see how they have written their applications, make sure you dont copy anything though!
