When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
I think it'd be appropriate to use when a player is:

Mass rule breaking (e.g continuing to disrespect and/or harass players after being being warned and gagged/muted multiple times which would be punished by a temporary ban)
Leaving the server to avoid punishment which would also be punished by a temporary ban
Being racist or sexist towards other players/staff which will result in a temporary ban
Hacking or using scripts to gain a unfair advantage which will result in a permanent ban
Threatening take down the server and/or to ddos the server will result in a permanent ban

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

Countless times I have run into a group of mass rule breakers to which I can only mute/gag/slay and warn so many times till they got temporarily banned by reaching the threshold. To mention a time that this or a similar thing happened, one time I was playing late night and admins weren't online and 2 people were being extremely racist and of course I gagged/muted them and warned them but after I do that they continue to break other rules like delaying and deathavoiding. eventually I warned them enough times till they got temporarily banned. I don't think there's a need to clarify but if I was an admin I would've banned them sooner and not let them hinder the other players experience.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
A promotion would help me be able to deal with a lot of those things that I mentioned(mass rule breakers and whatnot) by myself rather than having to depend on an admin to be online or available. other than that id say that I'm fairly active and I really love this server which in my opinion has a pretty bomb ass, dank ass community and staff of course and I wanna help improve it whichever way I can (hence why I'm applying for admin

)
