Killing a player without reason.

The player can't return to the district you have been killed in or interact with it 3 minutes after respawing. Once you respawn you have to start over, start a "new life".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I tell player x if he got some proof, because if player x Shooted y or tryed to cmd him or got a gun out and he was a coop he can kill him.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I tell player x if he have proof because i don't know if player y comed back in the same district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Thats MetaGaming I Go to player x and tell him the rule and i give him a verbal warning.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I just wana join staff team and help people, I wana try somting new in gmod sometimes i join the game and there's no mods on, i have a big activity but that days i was doing exams and i didn't get in gmod im sorry, for that im tryng to do all to get in staff team, i would like to make new friends and make f1's i hope you understand.

Application could use some appeal to the eye.
Suggestions would be to use BBCode such as bold to bold questions.
You can also separate each section/paragraph to its own.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

You're switching perspectives stay either with first-person or third-person (Just a handy tip).

Expand the following:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Then instead of saying that you got pictures, post them already than idly doing nothing.

You forgot the 10 minute base raid rule and you also have to say that you forget everything from your past life. need to get more server time and more activity and you are pretty mature last time i saw you you were swearing at people don't know why
