When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
1. The offender will get banned for mass death avoid, Racism, Sexism etc: All of these will result in a temporary ban

2. Avoiding Punishment e.g getting gagged then leaving and joining again to get un gagged. Temporary ban

3. Hacking Using any type of script: Permanent ban

4. Threatning to DDOS server (Temporary) Actually DDOSING the server: Permanent Ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator.

How could your promotion help this?: (Changing this part)

So i was in a map the other day and i came across a guy swearing/disrespecting/being racist. Now at this moment in time i checked my friends list and saw i had no admins on my friends list on or on the F1 staff option so i was wondering should i warn the guy until the threshold is met and he gets banned? or kick him or warn him. alot of thing were going through my head, i just warned him once and gagged him so it was a new map so he was ungagged next map and i wasnt on until the next map but if i had the ban command i would of banned him for racism and disrespect (and it would be a temporary.)

EDIT:Today i was on Hot desert and PUG died by the car trap if i had admin i would of been able to respawn him.

Why I should be promoted:
So the long part anyways. The whole main reason i should be promoted is that im dedicated to the server, I come on the server for at least 3 hours each day . also im very active, my activity for this week so far is 24,5 hours. Tbh the best ever community i have played on is ZARP and the servers in this community is amazing, the staff are great etc. As admin i want to prevent all the rule breakers such as: Punishment avoiders, racist's, sexists etc. with the ban command, when no admins are on a server and a racist or a punishment avoider comes on i will take my powers and mute/gag then if its mass, i will temporary ban them.

This situation is not really showing how a promotion would help this. You are talking about trap stealers, mic spammers and chat spammers how does an admin rank help with these situations? You can handle this situation easily if you are a moderator, you can warn them and mute/gag them. You don't need to use the ban command here or a kick command.

A good mod, player, know the rules.
For me

You are a great and friendly guy in-game and I see you helping the new players on the server. However I am yet to see you deal with situations. (Not a negative) Because of this I cannot say how you deal with situations or handle pressure when people are breaking rules. You have great gametime, nearly 20 hours this week, this shows that you are dedicated to the server and as long as you keep that up, it will work out great for you!

My only concern is that you haven't been a moderator for that long, so I am unsure as to how much experience you have gathered from such a short time being a staff member. But, if you can prove to me that you can handle situations and keep your activity up then you will have my
