RDM (Random Death Match) Is When A Player Is Killed For No Valid RP Reason
Example: Nick Goes To James And Says Hi And Then James Kills Nick For No Valid RP Reason
So It Would Be RDM And Nick Would Have To Make A F1

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
NLR (New Life Rule) Is When You Do Not Return Or Interact With The District After 3 Minutes
Example: John Is Getting Mugged And He Does Not Give The Money So He Is Killed But He Comes Back To The District And Kills The Person Who Mugged Him.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming Is In Character Information That Should Not Be In OOC
Example: Nick Is Going To Raid A Base He Types In OOC Help Me I'm Going To Raid This Base Help! If Nick Says That That Would Me Metagaming

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I Would First Take Player x To A Roof Then I Would Ask His Story On His Side Then I Would TP Player y To The F1 And I Would Ask Player Y's Story And Then I Would Ask If They Have Any Proof But If Player X Does Not I Would Mark The F1 As Finished And TP Them Both Back. But If Player X Does Have Proof I Would Warn Player Y For RDM And Then Mark It As Finshed & TP Them Back.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I Would Take Player x To A Roof And Then TP Player y And Ask Their Stories And Ask Player x If He Has Any Proof If He Does Not I Will Not Warn Player y And I Would Mark The F1 As Finished And Then TP Them Both Back But If Player x Has Proof I Would Warn Player Y For NLR And Then Mark It As Finished And Then TP Them Both Back

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I Would TP To Him And Ask If He Is New If He Is I Would Tell Him To Read The Rules And Not Warn Him. But If He Is Not New And He Has Warnings Then I Would Warn Him For Metagame

I Should Be Chosen Because I Could Help Out The Community And Do Lots Of F1's And Help Out New People To Zarp
And I Will Not Abuse If I Get Mod And I've Wanted To Be Moderator Ever Since I Joined Zarp And All The People On The Staff Team Are Good Staff And I Would Like To Be A Part Of The Team.
And I Have Had A Wonderful Time Playing On Zarp And I Wan't To Make People Have The Best Time On Zarp And Catch Those Rulebreakers And Get Them Warned And I Can Help People When Staff Are Not On!

Why Are You Always Talking With Capitals Its Very Annoying To Read..

Find him to be really immature ingame and shouts down his mic a lot if someone rule breaks and is really impatient when admins are trying to help the situation
