Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. I felt like being a good mod and people like me and i felt like i wanted to become admin becuse i like the way admins can administrate. Like use physgun to freeze, Help people and no need to tp all the time, fly around to check for rulebreakers and not even get seen. As a mod, it's a lot to do, But not as much as admin:P It's hard to be staff, And i love being it and helping people. I wanna be better. If i'm not good enugth, tell me, becuse i know, not all people likes me.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user). I dont realy know what this means but i think it's like, an situation that happened while im a mod. One time it happened that i had to get someone banned becuse he were breaking tons of rules.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? I would have typed all the Mod commands that we use, I would have told him/her how it works to be a moderator, How hard/easy it can be, How he can get help from others, How he can talk to other admins/moderators. It will be hard, Not easy, But it's for fun and of course, Also to help people <3.

Commands: Goto Command, /Goto (Steam-ID) brings you to the player you tped to.

Bring Command, /Bring (Steam-ID) to bring the player to you.

Freeze Command, /Freeze (Steam-ID) to freeze the player.

Slay Command, /Slay (Steam-ID) to slay the player.

Kick Command, /Kick (Steam-ID) to kick the player that has been breaking rules or something.

Teleport Command, /Tp (Steam-ID) to tp the player/yourself to the place your looking at.

Back Command, /Back (Steam-ID) to back yourself/the guy you were in a sit with/tping

Warn&Unwarn Command, /Warn (Name) to warn the player that has broken rules. (It's better to use Steam-ID)

Unban From Job, Press Tab, (This is how i do it) Press on their name, Press unban from job, Then press the job, Then they are unbanned.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello player b, Thanks for you application to get unbanned! I have decied to unban you. This is enugth unban worthy. The application was good enugth, And you'll unbanned! Ban decisions is hard. Like if i should ban or warn. Sometimes we ban for mass rdm, Sometimes we warn.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).

You keep saying that you're done with this server and shit like that, also you're continuously abusing the admin chat which is getting very annoying now. You have been told many times to stop but you don't.
Sorry but it's a from me for now.

You can improve on taking it easy when you're like stressed out instead of going on and on about things in admin chat that isn't necessary to discuss about when we're all asking you to stop.

If he gets the ban command the whole server is fucked needs to learn to not choose sides in admin sits and learn to listen both sides of the story before given out any form of punishment

I think you should wait awhile as alot of staff think you're immature especially for a staff member, I suggest you listening to staff that are higher rank than you when they tell you to stop arguing in admin chat.

Should definitely wait a while. Claims that stunsticking him, without him taking damage, is RDM. So you warned me.

The worst mod i ever seen so i want to say

every thing that i've heard about you here and from some people on teamspeak i would rather see you demoted than promoted.
but i dont have a say in the matter just wanna state my opinion

i have spoken to you about a very serious matter

i feel you still need to get a full understanding of the rules and if you're unsure just ask its better to ask some one then just guess, Then for next time you will be able to handle player reports in the correct manner,

you asked in admin chat if you could do a event in the streets i said no you need to do it in the admin arena, you asked again other admins replied with no, but you continued to do it anyway,

you spam admin chat with irelivent things, when told to stop you still continue causing arguments in the admin chat.

My verdict will be in the meeting
