What is Ghosting?:Ghosting is where a player that is dead tells other alive players information that will change the outcome of the round.For example, Player 1 tells Player 2 which portal to go through after he has died, If a player does Ghost I will gag/mute him and warn him for ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: [First, I would give him a verbal warning telling him to stop. If he continues,I would gag/mute and warn him for Disrespect. After the map change when he would get ungagged/unmuted, if he continued to disrespect I would gag/mute him again and call an admin to deal with the situation.]

Why I should be chosen:I think i sould be chosen because by seeing the SA,A,M i had a good knowledge about the rules so i would like to help the server and also i started playing this game more again like from 6 PM to 4AM so i have see so many rule breakers i would like to help other player while playing. if i m playing Garry's Mod any of you guys will find in the Deathrun server only like i just play GMOD for the Deathrun and only in Zarp Server.]

Negatives

- The same reason that your application was rejected last week. Whenever I see you on the servers I don't really see you helping out the players that need it.
- 'Why should you be chosen' section is a recommended 75 words at least, you have 55. Try and add more information about why you should be chosen THIS time, instead of just copying it from last week.

Positives

- Nice guy
- App is very short. However, the necessary information is there
- Activity is good


For me it's still a Neutral Support for now.

How To Improve

- Help players more when they're asking simple questions about the server / game mode.
- Keep your activity up.
- Maybe add a few pictures to your examples for your questions, or give multiple examples. And extend the 'Why should you be chosen' section.

So after playing with you Today, a day before the meeting you are ghosting in-game, this shows that you are still sketchy on the ghosting rule :

I dont really think that you were helpful when you were on the staff team, i would like to see if thats changed for myself.

Although i think your a great guy lucky i feel like you arent ready for mod as you dont fully understand the rules, you have ghosted alot and we have proof of it from wolfies screenshot and ive got this one i took yesterday

Since there have been a few incidents of you ghosting this week I will help you out with the rule:

-No ghosting: Saying anything whilst you're dead to the alive players that could possibly change the outcome of a round is not allowed. A few examples would be telling someone the code on Helix when you're dead and they're alive.

That is the official rule for ghosting. So if you are dead you are not allowed to 'guess' the code, or prank someone with a code that could be possible like 357. This rule also includes, telling the location of players to the other team and giving Any information that could help / go against a players round. I hope that this has been helpful to you and has given you a greater understanding of the rule.
