What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting):
Ghosting is when someone is dead and he/she says something so that someone can get through/ Change the outcome of the round. Example is: In dr_minecraft when someone dies at the 2 nether portals and went into the one that teleports you to lava then he/she dies. Then another person is at the portals and didn't know which one to go into. Then suddenly the guy that died says in chat to not go into for example the left one.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.):
If he/she was being disrespectful to another player I would ask them to not do it again. This is what I would say "Do not disrespect anyone, a staff member or a player. If you do it again I will have to warn and gag/mute you. Example:
Jeff: Omfg Michael you're so "Sh*t!
Michael: O.O Ok??
Jeff: Stfu dont chat back m8.
Me: Jeff, Can you not be disrespectful to Michael. If I see you doing it again to anyone, I will have to warn and gag/mute you for: Disrespect.
Jeff: Who dafuq are you.
Me: A mod, my name is AlphaLyle.
Jeff: Well I don't f***ing care m8.
Me: Ok. Well you just disrespected someone again so I'm going to warn mute/gag you for disrespect.
*Warns Jeff for: Disrespect

Why I should be chosen:(This part should be atleast 75 words))):
I think I should be chosen because I know the rules. I'm friends with almost everyone that is respectful (Its really hard for me to be friends with people who don't respect me). Although my Gametrackers are wrong, many people from the old days remember me such as:
Stratiic(Not sure if you do remember since I haven't met you in a server ever since I came back)
Rilder(I'm sure he remembers me)
rroobbiinn10x
etc.
I also think that I'm really friendly, I never disrespect a staff member or a normal deathrun player. Overall I think that I can make deathrun a better place because I'm really active (Even in the morning). Another reason why I think I should be a mod in deathrun is because I see alot of rulebreakers when most of staff are not online such as 8:30AM.

Your ghosting part says its like for winning. Maybe a bit more specific example = Ghosting is when you tell something that could change the outcome of the round. When someone is ghosting it's not mandatory to win, you will change the outcome of the game. And when someone is disrespecting, you need to gag/mute him. Positives: Good Activity Friendly Knows the Rules App is OK Negatives: At the ghosting Section, It's not for the Win, It's Ghosting when it Changes the outcome of the Round and At the Disrespect Section you need to Gag/Mute and Warn him. Active Friendly in game No recent punishments OK application *What to do?* Keep your acitivity up in game. Others pointed out that you could improve the ghosting definition that you have got there, it can change the outcome of the round, not to win. Verdict If you improve on these. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
