What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is where a dead person is giving information towards the runners via, team chat, voice chat or normal chat. The information given can be the correct route or where the person is on the map. Example; Dead Player3920: It's left, right, right.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I would warn the disrespectful person verbally first, if he carried forth with any slurs I would simple warn and mute the person being disrespectful towards one person. If racial slurs are used I will instantly mute and warn.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))

I will be a very reliable person with respect towards the players and other staff members. I could achieve 6+ hours a day while not taking any breaks without telling others I am going. I will make sure rule breakers learn the rules and any new comers will be informed of the rules and the commands he can use to alter his game play experience. Although I have been ex-staff member I believe I could be an excellent moderator on Zarp Gaming deathrun. I have very good chemistry with the other players as long with the other staff members

You are far from being ready for the staff position in my opinion, you are still quite immature and not very helpful in game : So it's a from me Improve your attitude in-game and try to help the users when you are online. Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
